看評分高定的酒店，沒想到服務極差，首先找前台要東西，前台説讓自己下樓去拿，半夜凌晨3點多在睡覺被門外朝吵醒，大吵大鬧，酒店無作為，不管控，服務極差，在打兩三次電話下依然無果，酒店説換房間，對於給出的這個做法非常離譜 ，明明是被吵醒的一方，還讓我們半夜收拾東西折騰，酒店管理層欠缺太多，服務極差

性價比極高，房間夠大，裝修很新，視野也不錯，衞浴設備，床上用品都夠檔次，早餐也好。位置一般，離乾州古城有6公里。

1 訂單的歡迎水果沒安排，提醒了才送的
2 本來是延遲到兩點退房的，結果11點半就刷不開房門了

挺不錯的 新開的就是好5樓有足浴店
設施：浴缸泡了個澡挺舒服
環境：還可以
服務：態度還可以
衞生：還可以 但是酒店被子啥的確實也沒那麼乾淨

周邊環境不錯，在房間窗户可能看到廣場的噴泉表演。酒店設施齊全，停車方便，去湘西州博物館看看也不錯。建議酒店的電視升級為可以投屏，這樣更方便旅客看視頻。

房間是很不錯的，房間還是比較大的，設施也齊全，環境還不錯，附近就有文化廣場和博物館，商場也不遠，服務態度還行吧，就是建議大家在訂房的時候看好價錢，包括續房的時候要看好價格，別調價格了都不知道，及時和前台溝通好，在前台辦理是一樣的。

酒店比較新，房間很大衞生很不錯，洗手間還配有浴缸，早餐品種不是很多但味道可以服務員態度好，停車方便，這價格性價比還是比較高的滿意

原本計劃住在鳳凰古城，結果連停車位都找不到，而且價格很貴。這裏距離鳳凰古城衹有40分鐘的車程，但是房間價格是鳳凰古城的1/2。並且，設施完善，停車方便，距離高速路口也很近，很方便。旁邊還有湘西州博物館，可以免費參觀。
