Worst customer service ever won’t recommend to anyone, didn’t even spend up to 6 hours of sleep I was being disturbed by there receptionist after checking in had to switch to another hotel to get a good night sleep if your a foreigner better not book this hotel.

電視機一直無信號，叫人過來修3次，房間網絡也很差斷網，後期聯繫居然説後面沒有反饋，好不容易休息了你讓一個服務員三番兩次進入，合理嗎？酒店也不承認自己的問題，拒絕任何賠付都沒有道歉呢。趕緊避雷

請求攜程不要給我推送這樣的酒店了，地下都是煙頭，窗下都是餅乾碎，凳子上還有頭髮。告訴我已經打掃乾淨了，酒店的毛巾破爛的還不如普通民宿。空調是壞的，衹有1個葉子，另一個葉子沒有，整個晚上就在漏水，漏水的地方正好是睡覺的床頭，總不能外面38度的天，我在裏面不開空調吧。這個體驗感真心太差了。門口沒地方停車的，需要步行10分鐘去指定停車場。酒店大廳沒有空調，保安還在裏面抽煙

第一次入住這家店，房間真的不錯，價格實惠房間大設定很齊全，左邊步行街煙水亭右邊長江，進店一杯暖心茶還有很多小點心下午還送了一杯提神熱咖啡貼心服務，走的比較急香鏈忘洗手枱上了前台打電話才知道，幫忙寄過來還幫我出了快遞費這麼好的商家值得推薦，下次還會來住。
