Best is they upgraded the room for us. The only disappointment is when during check out time, a front desk young lady gives us a quite bad attitude. My friend's room is not cleaned up properly as the prior guest had left their belongings in the cupboard.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The surrounding is lovely, a lot of greenery. The hotel is very new, rooms are clean and spacious. The Breakfast was good, but the menu was repeated the next morning. There is group dance activity in the evening near to the hotel, organized for tourists during holidays. It was exciting to participate in that. 😊😊😊.
Service people are helpful. Xena Niu helped us with a lot of useful information before our vacation. It was nice to get a free upgrade to a room with balcony. The manager speaks a little English, the rest doesn’t.

Known Standard from Hilton Garden Inn. Nice atmosphere, big and clean room, many breakfast options. Very helpful stuff support me to buy a ticket for Jiuzhaigou as a foreigner.

Very pleasurable stay, the rooms are nice and clean , the staff is helpful and the breakfast has plenty of choices. Perfect mix of price and quality, would definitely book again if visiting JZG. The resort itself is located about 8km from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area so you can either drive or take a cab (recommended as the parking spots are located far away). Essential if your on a long road trip the hotel offers a guest laundry :)

The room is very satisfactory. It is in Luneng Town. The surrounding environment is very beautiful. You can also see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. The town is clean and tidy, and it has a leisurely feeling of vacation.
The hotel staff is very nice. Not only did they help us upgrade the room for free and give us breakfast coupons, they also gave us fruits and tea. Thanks to Xiao Wang and Xiao Qiao. I look forward to the autumn in Jiuzhaigou. Let's meet again at Hilton
