I am satisfied with this hotel from check in process till the check out. Everything went on smoothly. Most importantly, the bed is comfortable and clean. The wc is warmed for the winter season which is greatly appreciated. I had a chance to speak with Xiau Du and true enough she is very helpful. The staffs may need to learn from her as her standard can be quite high being an experienced manager. I had a few occasion when other guests are speaking a little too loud, but the staffs handled it very professionally. I respect that. And I do appreciate that they care about every guests. It takes about 5 min drive to the entrance of the National Park, which need to flag down a taxi and every time, need to haggle with their pricing. Standard is rmb15, but some will charge rmb20. The hotel is located right next to all the food restaurant and convenient stores. Overall, the stay is really good and glad to be able to find this hotel. We had an excellent stay. First is the location, we took the bus from Huanglongjiuzhai station and dropped off at Pengfeng station, and the hotel is in opposite side so that we only need to cross the road. It is also not far from the scenic area, only about 10min of walking (we chose to walk because of the traffic jam near the entrance of the scenic area). There are a lot of restaurants and store nearby and on the other sides of the river. About the room, although it is a bit small but very smart and modern. The smart toilet with headed seat is a plus. The hotel is very clean and it has free laundry service and free milk tea. Not to mention the great attitude service of the front desk. They are very supportive and answer all my requests. We forgot the trolley on the bus and they even helped to call the driver to bring it back. Overall, 5/5 rating. Thank you very much.

I stayed in two rooms for two nights during the Jiuzhaigou tour and was very satisfied in all aspects. 📍Location: The commercial street is right next to the hotel. The more popular restaurant Yak Hotpot can be reached on foot. There are KFC Bawang Chaji Mixue Ice City nearby... It is about one kilometer away from the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. The hotel has a car that can be sent to the entrance of the scenic area, 4 yuan per person. 🍀Environment: The hotel is very large and has many rooms.
