This hotel is not for everyone. It is quirky to say the least but we have loved our stay here. Warmly welcomed by brothers Kul and Sam who cannot do enough for their visitors. Nothing seems too much trouble. Located on a busy corner right beside the stepwell and a 5 minute walk to the busy markets it is perfectly located. Also boasting a rooftop view to the fort. Loved it here.

Truly authentic special place that provides western comfort in an amazing setting. Sam the owner is most helpful and you are right in the midst of the old town, directly next to the stepwell. Sam organized a wonderful heritage tour for us and the cafe was great for breakfast and dinner.

Very nice little 'hotel', with spacious rooms & good beds. The day-café downstairs serves excellent breakfast. Location was perfect, next to a beautiful stepwell, close to a lot of shops/bazaar and convenient to walk up to the fort. ***agement was very helpful, they gave us a golden tip to have shirts tailor made (Saleraj). The shop of Stepwell House Hotel is also worth a visit, beautiful qualtity items.

A neat place and the most well-***aged heritage haveli in the area. The owners value customer service and will attend to your issues (if any) with alacrity. The rooms are clean and you get what you pay for. Avoid other places like the Blue House which is nearby. Very poorly ***aged that property is.

One of our favorite hotels while in India. Great service, best location for Jodhpur, charming rooms, very intimate and colorful. We loved it and their Sam's cafe where we ate all our meals. Highly recommended! Do not miss if it is available!

Excellent location, right next to the stepwell and within walking distance to all major attractions such as the clock tower, fort and blue city. Nice cafes nearby including its own Sam’s cafe which had lovely coffee and some of the best aloo parathas we’ve had in India, though the dinner there was not as good. Rooms were clean and had good hot shower, though it being a wet room means everything gets wet (though this is quite common in India). Comfy bed and lovely owner who gave us some good tips. Soundproofing not great and we could hear both the outside and inside (though again we have noticed this is very common in India).

We had an amazing stay at this haveli. Its located right next to the impressive Stepwell. In general almost everything is in walking distance to the haveli. The staff was super welcoming and "sam's art cafe" nextdoor has amazing cappuccino and snacks! Also some very beautiful sculptures and paintings. Don't hesitate to stay here when you come to Jodpur!

Loved our extra large room oozing with antiques and style with a big bed that was super comfy. We took advantage of the adjoining Sam's Art cafe as the food and coffee were great. Finding it a comfy place to relax on the couches after a big day out. Sam and Myank were always nearby and able to attend to all our requests. Glad we took their recommendation to do the zip line/flying fox as it was a highlight. Myank's evening walking tour to the blue part of city and sunset views is a must. Great location, couldn't be better.

The rooms have special decoration and design is good!!! I thought I couldn't sleep because my room was leading the street but I had great rest both nights! Food downstairs is also good and lots of people working here and help you with anything you need. Also very centric
