From the check in to the day we left, it was one thing after the other. 1. The team that was checking us in was not consistent, the one half was not willing to go the extra mile to solve our request (being moved from a 2 single bed, room to a double bed, room) and the other half made promises that they could not keep (said that we would be moved the following day, without checking for availability first). 2. My colleague asked for the iron numerous times over the period of our stay, and it NEVER came, she had to go get it herself. 3. We ordered room service, and the food came after an hour plus, AFTER i made an enquiry about my order, which was when they were only assembling it. I do get that it might take time however communication on ETA is important. 4. When the food eventually came, there was no cutlery and no condiments. I could write more, but you get the picture.

We were happily surprised, when our food arrive in record time🌹😊 I ordered the beef Espetada, rare, with their seasonal veggies. 🌹 It was delightful and perfectly prepared🔥 My husband ordered the Pork ribs and wow😍 Equally succulent, melt in your mouth, exquisite 🌹 We finished off the night with their delicious chocolate brownies and Ice cream and a second bottle of wine🔥 Our server, Sharon was respectful attentive, thoughtful and extremely helpful🌹Loved the way she looked after us❤️ I would highly recommend their restaurant. We booked the room with the private pool and it was lovely. The resort overall is beautiful however could do with minor refurbishment as some things are a little old and need attention, the rooms however were clean and bed was large and comfy. The star of this resort is definitely the staff. Upon arrival they were helpful, friendly and went above and beyond. Both Tankie and David contributed immensely to the wonderful experience we had at this lodge. They truly are an asset.

This hotel has lived 3 times. The quality of the environment and the interior and exterior of the room, did not have to say, very good. The beer cola in the refrigerator is free of charge and is free to drink. The path inside the high ball is free to go. But very long. Go back and forth at least 3 kilometers. The only problem is that the breakfast is all Western. Coffee black tea bread, bacon ham, etc., only mushrooms and fried tomatoes. . . The service can't talk about anything, the reception desk is very friendly and polite. Going to the spa center, there is only a sauna room, no big pool, or a bathtub in the room.
