The staff was less than friendly and did not want to help with the room selection because the reservation was made through a third party.

Thin walls, next room snoring loud. AC rattled like a Days Inn air conditioner, propped a chair on it to stop rattling

The hotel is conveniently located. There is dining available at the hotel and in walking distance. The staff were all exceptional. The hotel is well maintained and clean.

They said free wifi, but it was not free, you have to give them a lot of your private information, then you are allowed to use their wifi. I used my credit card in the hotel. They refused to give me a receipt. The food was so disgusting. This is the worst hotel, I have ever stayed.

Check in was wonderful and the staff were very nice and friendly. The lobby has been updated and nice. However, the rooms were below the standard you would expect in regards to cleanliness and appearance. The paint job was laughable and I would have fired them. There was marks on the door like food and handprints etc. the space of the room was good.

Very nice, clean hotel. Just not a good value for the price. We stay in this area visiting family quite often and have stayed in several of the other hotels. This one cost the same, only charges $15 per person for breakfast. The other hotels in the area have breakfast included. We will not be staying at this hotel again, unless they either lower their rates or include breakfast.

I liked the tub, it was clean and the toiletries- the bed was pretty nice too. I stayed on the 5th floor and enjoyed the view of the fall leaves.

Mr. Jimmy and the rest of the staff did an amazing job. Everyone was nice, professional, accommodating, and patient. I will definitely be back soon for another stay.
