這個酒店很噁心，訂他們家的房間，到了之後給你轉賣給另一個酒店，這個酒店像是用安置房改造的，改得跟招待所似的，熱水沒有，帶了一家老小，玩了一天又很累，我出去充電吃東西，他們都懶得折騰了，結果都洗了冷水。來了幾波人看了房間都吵渣渣退掉走了，長者太累不想折騰，小孩也要睡覺了衹能將就一晚

酒店在苗家風情園山上，自駕會比較方便。房間大而寬敞，老闆是兵哥哥，話不多看着很酷。園區裏有一家酸湯魚很地道，比外面的還好吃😋苗葯一條街很有特色。晚上安靜涼爽，適合飯後散步拍照，夜景不錯👍位置稍微偏僻，去各景點需要打車。100分給90🫰

非常好的一次旅行體驗。老闆服務非常好。
設施：非常好。感覺酒店很新。四層樓，有電梯（很新）房間帶露台，很適合休息。客棧門口就可以免費停車，方便，安全。
衞生：非常非常乾淨，衞生間水壓大，洗澡方便。
環境：在苗族侗族風情園裡，很清靜。周邊吃飯的地方少（滴滴打車7—8元就可以去有很多吃飯的地方）。有一家叫“牛博士”的飯館很火，食材很好，價格合理。
服務：非常好。

因為帶了寵物旅遊酒店比較難找這家店可以帶寵物就選擇了這家老闆特別熱情給我們免費升級了房型陽台上看風景特別好狗狗也特別喜歡這個陽台傍晚的時間風景絕了房間衞生也很好！老闆還邀請我們一起吃豬飯本來不好意思但是老闆一再邀請我們就恭敬不如從命了第二天離店老闆還要帶我們去吃中飯老闆真好下次還來！

一房多賣，已經在平台上預訂付款了，晚上到的時候告訴沒房間了，可以協調別的酒店，其實就是後面的ABCDE的老樓，基礎設施破舊，衞生環境很差，床單破洞，門鎖破損，門把手油膩，噁心壞了，也沒有洗漱用品。因為太晚了，第二天又要早起，強行將就了一晚，第二天一大早早早起床溜了。太差勁，真是敗壞凱里旅遊形象！

酒店分為前面1棟新裝修的樓和後面ABC幾棟老式破舊酒店樓，訂的豪華大床房圖片顯示的是新裝修的樓的房間照片，到店後安排的是後面幾棟破舊老樓，簡直是欺詐消費者😡老的樓房間基礎設施和衞生都很差，水龍頭水很小，床上很臟，體驗很差，奶奶的熊🤬

房間不打掃乾淨，床單被套有污漬，床上有不知名毛髮，煙灰缸裏還有煙頭，廁所馬桶有煙灰。
