江景確實很漂亮，乾淨衞生，設備齊全，但是這廁所門框最好修一下，門關不上，邊上還開縫了，都能看見牆體鋼筋

億庭公寓，
進門有一股發黴的氣味（估計房比較舊了）
所謂的免費停車：公共路邊停（找了好一會）是晚上20點至第二天早8點半免費停，超過早8點半時間是公家要收費。
房子隔音差，有人路過説話都聽到清清楚楚。
洗澡的地漏竟然積水，本想用手拉開地漏排水，結果發現：最噁心的是還遺留着上一個客人的頭髮在排水口。最終還是排水非常非常慢。
地板留有蜘蛛網，枕頭不知道沾的什麼東西。
門扣也是壞的。
睡房頭頂燈有一個壞的。
服務員好拽。
房間的空調開到最低，製冷效果搞得半夜熱醒。
電視可以打開，播放不了節目（服了）
一樓服務大廳連空調都捨不得開。
由於當時太晚訂房，到酒店時間又晚，連換個房都沒機會。
要是説非要找個優點：那是窗台比較長，鐵衣架比較多吧。
總之，140塊錢的房間，不至於這麼折騰吧，糟糕透了，本不想評論的，這麼鬧心的事，想想還是不要讓其他顧客也踩坑吧。

房間大，有飄窗，外面就是潭江，地理位置還是很好的，找停車位相對也沒那麼困難。晚上很安靜！

房間大，乾淨整潔有飄窗，外面就是潭江可以觀景。停車也相對容易，停車位相對還是比較多的，這附近是個小商圈，吃住行很方便，有個長沙公園不過沒時間去看。前台很貼心，會告知附近是單行道路。連住了兩個晚上，睡得很好！滿意！

到酒店的時間比較晚了，人不是很多。位置靠近江邊，停車衹能在江邊是免費的，住的房間沒有朝向江邊所以沒有看到江景，下次可以要求換個房間才行。

店門口比較小，不是在馬路邊，是在巷子口。門口就有停車位，這個好評。整體環境也不錯，就是衞生檢查還需要提高，我們入住時，發現櫃子還掛着也許是上一家房客留下的內衣內褲。就是設施不太充足，枕頭沒有多的，房間的座機沒有留號碼也不知道怎麼呼叫前台。。睡到早上窗簾漏光很嚴重，就這樣被亮醒了，還好窗外景色不錯，不然真的差評。
