Negative first - the rooms are basic and there’s limited storage. All drinks are local - but never a problem for us. Beds are comfy. We asked for a sea view via email and got one - stunning view, stunning location right on the beach. Sunbeds are quality- pols are good if a bit cold. The staff can’t do enough to help. So friendly and accommodating- especially Charles on the beach bar. Food is good - they’ve obviously responded to prior complaints.Would definitely return.

Very nice hotel with very good food, lunch and dinner something different every day. Very nice hotel staff, always helpful and smiling, greeting their guests every day. The rooms were clean and cleaned every day. The only drawback was the lack of a coffee kettle, which would have been useful for making coffee because I love drinking coffee in the morning on the balcony with such a beautiful view as we had every day. The beach is beautiful with paid sun loungers, but unfortunately there are only free sun loungers right next to the hotel. The swimming pools are also very nice, although they are not heated after the holidays, so the water is ice cold, but the sea is clean and warm. We used the beach and the sea every day. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect relaxing hotel. We booked for 10 nights for a family of 3. The hotel was everything we had hoped for. The check in process was faultless, so helpful and friendly and in peak season our room was available early. We were allowed to use the facilities and get lunch in the meantime. Our room was spotless and comfortable. With cold water awaiting us in the fridge. Tea/coffee facilities for your room can be paid for separately. The room was cleaned every day, and towels changed. With us taking multiple showers a day due to the heat this was very much appreciated. Some one is always cleaning something, the resort stayed clean for the entirety of our stay. There are several pools with loungers and some loungers at the start of the beach near the bar. Thankfully there is not a big problem with sun lounger reserving here. The food was so nice, I must stress there is not an abundance of English food at lunch or dinner with the exception of some chips. However this is exactly what we wanted, nice food, new things to try and every day something surprised us. The food was well cooked and tasted delicious. Beautiful salads, all different, perfectly dressed, made a fantastic change from basic salad bars we had previously had at AI restaurants elsewhere. Everything we ate here was perfect. There is an extremely helpful waiter who will go out of his way to help you, whether that’s because you have chosen to eat at a really busy time and he will turn a table for 2 into a table for 3, or because he is always ready to bring an alcohol drink to the table when you want one. He was by far our favourite person. Entertainment is geared up towards the children and is nice and tame. It’s not a loud brash hotel, no bingo, just nice and relaxing and it’s perfect. The couple of evenings we seen any entertainment was some lovely music and another evening there was a quiz. Nearby there are some shops, and bars in walking distance. Definitely worth visiting is Rattan (fine dining) and Naya which is on the beach front. The buses are frequent from the road outside Sofia’s. You can get public transport to Rhodes/lindos/waterpark or many of the other villages and attractions. Use the KTEL website and go to the schedules for bus stops no 1 and look for schedule for F27. Faliraki is in walking distance. The only fault we have is with the disposable single use glasses which are compulsory unless your sat for dinner or at the lobby bar. At dinner you can have a glass of wine or beer with your meal and at the lobby bar you can order anything and have a real glass. You cannot take these glasses elsewhere. It would be much preferable to have to pay a deposit for a plastic reusable glass so that it is returned to the bar and eliminates the waste. We did feel very guilty potentially using up to 10/15 disposable cups each every day between us.

The hotel's price-quality ratio. 5 stars. The hotel is very quiet and located in a very nice neighborhood. Everyone will find something for themselves here, from families with children to young people who want to go to parties. The rooms were cleaned every day, the dinners were very good (there could be a little more seafood). The hotel staff is very helpful. We had an accident with our rental car. The hotel manager talked to the owner of the rental car and instead of EUR 500, we only paid EUR 100 for the repair. The barman is great, awesome and gave us advice on planning the route around the island. Every day he asked us about attractions "Did you like the attractions I showed you?"

After poor health which has affected me permanently, I managed to save my disability allowance up for over 2 years to have the holiday advertised from your site. Upon arrival at Evita Bay Rhodes we was shown to our room which was over the road away from the hotel and over grass/mud. It looked like a bomb site we got into the room which smelt like chemicals and paint the bathroom wasn't finished and wires hanging out of the wall. We straight away went back to reception and complained and they managed to give us another room this one wasn't much better there was wires hanging out again and patio doors were broken meaning we couldn't lock it the manager said they would sort it the following day which they did do after asking multiple times, but we had to spend the night with an unlocked door which worried us with leaving our belongings for anyone to take during the day. mis advertised the whole hotel on the description on your site. It was stated they have a safe yet there wasn't one in the room they told us it hadn't been installed in the room. They also said there was daily animation, entertainment, pool table and a games console there was none of this we even asked the hotel manager who informed us they don't do that or have any of that and not sure why you have advertised it when it isn't there. This is false advertisement as we chose this hotel because you said that there was entertainment. The whole holiday was not relaxing one bit again like it said on the site as every day around 7:30/08:00 lorry's and vans turned up at the hotel and started building work opposite our room there was loud banging, machinery being used and it smelt like chemicals so we had to leave the hotel and go elsewhere as it was unbearable during the day. All of the food during breakfast, lunch and dinner was not named so we had no idea what we was eating and again due to my condition I was constantly on edge wondering if what I'm eating is going to affect me and it ended up doing just that I spend 2 days in the hotel room not able to leave it because of eating something I shouldn't of had. There was no special diet menu or options for children like you have advertised

Evita bay is in a great location, right on the beach, not a far walk from falaraki centre. Room was always clean an tidy, although very basic. Food is TERRIBLE, we eat out every single day which was a shame as we paid for all inclusive. The all inclusive aspect of the hotel is very bad, one staff member at a time on at the beach bar which resulted in queing for drinks, to only be able to get 2 at a time, the drinks were also served in very small plastic cups. Absolutely zero entertainment on at night, so if you have children i 100% would not recommend this hotel. Luckily, we didnt get moved to a different hotel, but met a number of people who did and there experience sounds shocking. If it wasnt for the terrible food and lack of 'all inclusive' then this hotel would be right up there! This hotel should be rated 2*

we were given a room that was on a dirt track up a hill, with no view or any sunlight reaching the room at any point in the day. we paid £140 to upgrade our room to a pool view. the reception staff were really kind and helpful, and the barman charles was very sweet and friendly too. the guests however, were not as friendly. i went with my partner (same sex couple) and recieved dirty looks, comments, stares, and laughter when we walked into the hotel restaurant, this made us feel quite unsafe/uneasy. we also had a large colony of ants right outside our door, which then started coming inside through a light switch after a cleaner sprayed bug spray outside. the food in the hotel isnt great either, there wasnt much of a variety and was mostly cold. unless you get the food as they bring it out, dont expect a warm meal. not much sweet options for dessert either. slightly unrelated, we lost our room key somewhere in the hotel, then when they gave us a replacement key, it didnt work, so we had to sleep with our room unlocked all night until they could call a locksmith the next day? thought that was weird the surrounding area is nice but we didnt feel comfortable spending much time in the hotel due to a number of reasons! overall, if youre a same sex couple, i wouldnt bother staying in this hotel

The room we were given on arrival was very disappointing, once flushed the cistern did not refill, we had to remove the cistern lid and refill manually, the bathroom was flooding every time we showered, we had a tree right outside our patio doors which completely blocked any view, after putting up with this for a day they agreed to move us to a swim up room (which we had to pay extra for). The reception is very basic as is the restaurant, food was very disappointing, we have stayed in numerous hotels in Faliraki/Kalithea and it was not the normal AI food, it was dismal. If you are expecting a four star you will be very disappointed, I would rate as a 2* and I am being generous, please avoid.
