The hotel room was well laid out, clean, quiet and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good, lots of breakfast choices! The hotel is pet friendly, we were able to have our 2 small dogs stay with us. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Very good stay experience, the hotel has a 24-hour reception, and the service is very good. The room inside is relatively quiet and rests well. The location is about five minutes from the high-speed exit, which is quite convenient.

The Quality Inn Kamloops is throwing with newly renovated rooms and yes, they have certainly done something too. In the bathroom, however, the shower would have to be made urgently, especially the fugs would have very needed it. The room was also somewhere on the walls that had to be renovated. The air conditioning was even a little older and thereby quite noisy. Overall, the hotel is quite bright - we had a room at the ground floor and could hear every step about us. But the staff was very friendly and helpful, which matters much. Clean was also. The pool is very nice, the whirlpool was unfortunately out of operation. Breakfast is rather a grave & go breakfast and is enough to make you have something in your stomach. But not so super for German claims. However, coffee was very good. One plus point is that you can park the car free of charge and they also have covered parking spaces, which is very good so that the car cannot be heated so. The location of the hotel is good. Directly on the highway and walking to the mall. For a night, I wouldn't stay longer.

No extra bed for children, there is a problem, there is no slippers and shower cap, it is very inconvenient. Wi-Fi is not free, check-in is very slow... I don’t know what to do on the keyboard for a long time. The room is quite wide, the bed is very Comfortable...

This was our first stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised about the age and condition of the hotel. It is reasonably new and has a large airy lobby with multiple sitting areas (which was empty when we were there). We stayed at the tail-end (we hope) of the pandemic for a chance to try out this hotel when it wasn't too busy or too expensive. There are two Holiday Inns in Kamloops, so watch the address. This is the one on the North Shore (across the Thompson River from downtown). There is another that is close to Hwy 1 & Hwy 5 on the way into town from Vancouver. There is a White Spot Restaurant on site where we ate dinner & breakfast. I will review it separately, but the food was excellent, prices were mid-range to a bit expensive (breakfast $15-$20, dinner $15-$30). Breakfast is NOT included with your room cost at this hotel. Both hotel and restaurant followed all COVID protocols in place at the time, even having sanitized pens available for check-in. The hotel and room were very clean. We were comfortable & and slept well. The only glitch was that on check-in, we were told that the accessible room we had reserved wasn't available. They had reassigned us to a regular room, thinking that we didn't really need the accessible room. When I asked, the cheaper rate of ”any room available when you check in” was granted, rather than the more expensive rate we had booked online to be able to choose a specific room. Another time, as well as booking online, I will phone the hotel to confirm that the room type we have booked is available. We found out that this hotel has only one accessible room, so don't expect to stay in it at a busy time unless you book well ahead. We were able to tour this room before we left town and found that it would meet our needs in the future. It has a very nice roll-in shower. Light switches are also lower than usual, but the rest of the room was very similar to the regular room with one king-sized bed that we were assigned. If it wasn't for the check-in glitch, I would give this hotel a rating of 5. We will likely stay again and would recommend it to visitors to Kamloops, especially if you want to be on the North Shore. It would be a very nice option not too far from the airport, if that is important to you.

This trip Vancouver-Kamloops-Banff-Jasper-Kamloops-Vancouver, 7 hotels, 12 nights, this is the first hotel to stay at the hotel, said to be the Riverside Suites Hotel, but Kamloops The bare mountain is nothing to look at. It is the stop to the foot of Banff. It is a motel, breakfast apple, milk oatmeal, bread and coffee. Generally these are all breakfast. Front desk, check-out deposit seems to be returned after three or four days, free parking

So we stayed as part of our Rocky Mountaineer tour through western Canada. So in its self the hotel is ok room was clean with air con bathroom a tad small. Best thing where the hotel staff who where really helpful. Not sure however that it’s of a standard that the Rocky Mountaineer trip suggests it should be. Kamloops itself is a bit of a one horse town and we where glad it was just a one night stay.

I have always liked the Accent Inn chain and have stayed with them many times, mainly in Kelowna. The staff are invariably helpful and friendly and the hotels are generally comfortable. But they are not especially suitable if you are working. There was a desk in Room 207 in Kamloops but not a desk chair - the chair was sort of like a modest dining room chair. You couldn't adjust anything on the chair and because it was not on wheels it was difficult to move around on the carpet. The lighting is too dim, partly because 2 lamps in the room didn't work. I couldn't use the one on the desk itself because I had to use the outlet for my laptop. And note - I had to crawl under the desk to plug my laptop in. There is track lighting on the ceiling aimed at the desk surface but it does not cast enough light. Although check-in is posted as 4 I was not able to get into my room until almost 5. The next morning - no caf coffee only decaf. That was rectified on my second morning.

Originally booked another hotel. Our order was cancelled due to a mistake by the agent. We were unable to check in after arriving at the hotel. We immediately contacted Ctrip customer service. The customer service was very serious and responsible, and immediately helped me understand the reason. We waited a long time to help us to book this hotel of the same class. The room difference was borne by Ctrip. We completed the check-in at BEST WESTERN PLUS within 5 minutes. Although there are some twists and turns, Ctrip still has a quick response, fast processing and Ctrip is reliable. Let's talk about this hotel. The facilities are good, two large beds, the room is large, about 30 square meters, and there is a sofa bed, a coffee table, desk, swivel chair, high cabinet, microwave, refrigerator and so on. There are shampoos, conditioners and shower gels. Like other foreign hotels, please bring your own toothbrush, toothbrush and slippers. On the first floor of the hotel there is a breakfast room, a standard buffet Western breakfast, bread, eggs, quiche, yogurt, bacon, drinks, etc. All guests have meals. The service staff was polite and friendly. There are parking lots in front of and behind the hotel, free parking. Turn right out of the hotel, cross the intersection, and opposite is Canada Superstore, which has everything in it and is very convenient. Next to the supermarket is WENDY, burger fries, and it tastes great. The hotel is very close to TRU, less than 10 minutes walk, it is the first choice for our parents who send their children to school. Will live here again.

We were blown away by the quality of service at the delta hotel in kamloops. The staff were friendly and efficient, everything went smoothly starting with our checkin, the front desk agent made the gesture to congratulate us on our engagement. The pool area was spotless and well maintained. We were also impressed with the food at Cordo restaurant, coming from Vancouver we have no shortage of great restaurants, and I would say that cordo is very on par with the dining experience in Vancouver. The menu selection was fantastic and cocktails were also very thoughtful. Make sure to check out stills distillery while staying at the hotel for some tapas and cool drinks.
