Bad service. No one speaks and understand english. AC was not cooling the room. Asked for addtional water bottle they said no. No vegetarian breakfast options. I feel like I spent my $50 for one night for nothing

The hotel staff is polite and attentive without being intrusive. The hotel location provides for access citywide, while providing for a peaceful setting. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, amenities adequate. This is our second stay here and likely not the last.

The room is simple and clean

Everything was passable. There was nothing to eat at breakfast and it was too simple. If you stay there in the future, don’t get breakfast.

Beautiful large room (seriously very nice although the TV was blocked by the bed frame). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location - easy to find - short walk to the river - lucky market is around the corner. Included breakfast was nothing special given options around town but it was fine. Overall a great stay and I recommend although price was a bit higher than I would have expected (although after some research, I got a better rate online than I was offered over the phone.)

Perfect quiet hotel for our needs. The room was much larger than expected and we were grateful to have a balcony. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel has an attractive, traditional exterior with balconies at front and rear and is excellent value for money: we booked well in advance and got a very competitive price including breakfast. It has a great location, a short walk to the river, bars, restaurants and other amenities. The hotel check-in was quick and welcoming. Our room was amazing, absolutely huge, beautifully decorated with co ordinated soft furnishings. The bathroom was exceptional with a large shower area, modern fittings and frosted glass doors. The room had a large balcony but the view from the 2nd floor was disappointing. Requesting a high floor room (level 4 or 5) would help the view from the balcony. There is a large roof top terrace and an enclosed area that was once a sky bar pre-Covid. Unfortunately it has not been re-opened since Covid. It has a great panoramic view of the city. It would be nice if there were some sun loungers as it could be a great sun bathing area. The dining room is on the ground floor and has a good breakfast menu with plenty of choices. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would be happy to stay here again.

This was a lovely hotel with a huge bedroom and bathroom. Very well appointed and with a balcony. Plenty of complimentary tea/coffee and toiletries. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel also offers a very reasonable laundry service. To prevent wastage, you order breakfast the evening before and it arrives plated to your breakfast table. There was plenty of selection to order from. The hotel is just a short walk from the main part of town and also near a supermarket if you need to top up. Very enjoyable, thank you.

On arrival the staff were not over friendly but I would say he was tired from working long hours. The next day he was pleasant enough. The room was warm and everything unplugged saving power, which is understandable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities excellent. Be warned that whilst this hotel is in a great location, the breakfast is underwhelming. Great views from the 5th floor corner room and this place was fine for two nights. Great location.

Excellent location, few minutes walk to riverside, bars, restaurants and durian roundabout. Very Large room with modern bathroom. Friendly staff.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and were very happy with our room, very light and airy, with a balcony, comfy bed, lovely shower area with toiletries. Room had tea and coffee, fridge with reasonably priced drinks, safe and hairdryer. Could do with some blacknout blinds though. Breakfast was a bit strange, 1st day small buffet laid out, 2nd day just bread and a toaster with butter and jam and marmalade, if you wanted anything else you had to ask. There is a sky bar, this said tongue in cheek, because there is no bar, this is blamed on Covid, yawn. You can take drink up there and sit, which was nice but come on, you're a Hotel, open the bar! All in all nice Hotel, but not sure if I would stay there again.

Couldn't fault anything, great place, great location, great staff. Been to kampot several times and stayed in most types of accommodation. You get what you pay for. The town is definitely getting busier, new business's opening almost daily. If you haven't been fora while, definitely worth a visit.

Opened December 2023. Everything new, everything clean. The room was a good size and very, very clean. Perhaps the only downside was no locker in the room, but I got a box and it was kept at reception. The bed was good with a good mattress. The bathroom was brand new and had beautiful tiles. There is a small swimming pool where you can cool off for a while in the afternoon. The staff are extremely friendly, all young people. 5 minutes walk to the city center, where the restaurants, bars and supermarket are. All in all, I got a very good impression of this hotel

Good hotel, very clean. The room is spacious with a small balcony. Very nice bathroom with a superb shower. A la carte breakfast. The bar has been closed since covid, it lacks a little life.
