Hotel Clarks Inn Suites Kangra

Writing the review while staying at Clarks, what a mess it is! A shooting crew is staying at the hotel and there is chaos everywhere. Luggage is scattered everywhere in the hotel, no parking space available and it’s all chaotic. Hotel shouldn’t have accepted the booking at such a high price if unable to provide the service!

Perfect rooms, friendly staff, in city center location, own free parking, smart TV with Netflix, prime enabled. . What all one needs from an hotel.. 100% recommended.. if one planning to visit kangra, etc do consider this hotel.

I was stay in this hotel at last month with my wife. I loved my trip, there was an amazing staff and delicious food. Staff behaviour was so polite specially housekeeping ***ager Mr Rajeev Choudary, he knows very well how to handle guest and what is guest exception. Other staff of Housekeeping who did clean my room they guys were super they did litterly proper clean and proper set-up my belongings. I would like to definately vist again this hotel and i would say everyone you can stay this hotel and enjoy your tirp. Thanks team for making my vist awesome.

Pathetic hotel, pathetic staff. Smuggling liquor in their hotel. I ordered liquor in room and they asked me to pay in cash and they will not provide the bill. They are charging more than double without having licence and without bill. What i understood, their people are buying liquor from outside and selling in hotel at more than 2X price.

The room matches western standards and this is fine. It is comfortable. However, there are three points that I must highlight: 1) There is a fitness center just beside the hotel and, when people train there and lift weights, you get the feeling that someone is demolishing a building because the people in the fitness studio don't put the weights back slowly as it should be during a training, they simply let them fall down! It is a crazy thing. 2) When Indian guests check in and come to the other rooms, mostly of them believe they are alone in the hotel and produce any kind of noise at any time of the day and night regardless of other guests. They behave very recklessly. You can make them calm down when you threaten them with the police. 3) I stood in this hotel for 15 nights and after a few days, I needed to tell the cleaning team to start scrubbing the bath room (to really clean) because the cleaning team only a towel and a piece of cloth to only dry. This is a kind of thing that a guest would never ever need to report to anyone in a hotel. Not the cleaning team is to be blamed, but the ***agement because this kind of instructions came from the ***agement. The restaurant on the terrace in very nice and has a wide choice of dishes.
