This is the first time i've come personally to stay in this hotel. I tried to stay here before in 2018 but i decided to give this hotel another shot since i think that the hotel is very good. First of all, id like to appreciate all the staffs that i met. Sorry i couldn't notice any of the name but the Front office,Housekeeping and the Concierge is very helpful and friendly. But there is a case. I called the operator in the morning and asked for a shaving kit. The operator asked me to wait since he need to ask the housekeeping. I agreed and wait. I think the operator is trying to put me on hold, but he hang up instead. I thought it might be a mistake or something but unfortunately there was no follow up after the sudden end of the call. No call,no staff, and there's no follow up about this. I know hotel might be busy in the weekend as im also working at a hospitality Industry, but this one is just a little bit disappointing for me since i feel that all of the staffs are very nice and friendly. Overall its a nice stay and i will definitely consider to stay again if i have the chance to do so. P.s. i think the condition of room coffee/tea maker could be improved as i feel its not very clean

Hi There. Be sure a clean cut nice hotel over the horisons of Karawang. Located nice..with stand out detail cleanliness. Yet friendly staffs all the way from the front desk up to the security..ups cleaners are smiley face too.Cooks..to waitress. Tese part is excellent. Bare in mind, a smiley GM's message mounted in the cartn of elevator. Completely super. Love this hotel and book for next family year end closing with other goers. Booking this hotel because it was a morning making up, and it happened to be close to my wedding address. Overall good, the fried rice is good. room view of the pool & street toll. the ac is cold, the room is clean, there is a table for the beauty case. weird on weekday, the price of this hotel is more expensive than the weekend price. have a great memories been here for a Night.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for my family through traveloka apps, 1 deluxe and other one is superior. I have to pay additional 200 thousand plus to upgrade my children room and get connecting room with my children, otherwise different room class will makes me and my children at different floor. The rate is cheaper for 5 star hotel, however it is covid pandemic so they may give big discounts. Reception was nice, service was also great. The swimming pool was lovely and I could order drink while accompanying my family while they were swimming. Prices are acceptable. You may be charged extra if you want extra shower soap, it would not be much but never see this on any other 5 star hotel. So this would be a great choice when you are travelling for business purpose alone. But if you are travelling with your family you better reserve same class room to get connecting room, otherwise additional charge may be higher at the hotel than through travel apps.
