Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 12 für 2 Nächte in 12 einzeln genutzten Zimmern Anfang Mai 2022 dort. Zudem hatten wir 2 halbe Tage einen Meeting room mit Service angemietet. Ich habe solche Treffen schon öfters organisiert und kann daher feststellen, dass zum ersten Mal alles funktioniert hat. Alle Anschriften, Rechnungen und organisatorische Vorbereitungen passten vorzüglich. Die Zimmer waren modern, nicht überladen, sehr funktional und sauber. Der Check in sowie die dortige Betreuung während des gesamten Aufenthaltes war absolut top. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war überraschend umfangreich und abwechslungsreich. Die Bar wurde zwar „nur“ von der Rezeption mitbedient, reichte aber absolut aus. Dieses Haus ist für Städte-Reisende und Geschäftsreisende gleichermaßen empfehlenswert.

Nice hotel, good environment and convenient transportation. Next to the train station and the zoo. Walk to the Royal Palace and Constitution Square. The layout of the palace is similar to the Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna, and the scenery is not too good. The Constitution Square is very distinctive. Booked a single room, only a 1 meter small bed, enough for business trips, facilities are traditional German hotels, sparrows are small and complete. The hotel is very historic and a traditional elevator is featured. The hotel is large, the room is quite a lot, the breakfast seems to be simpler, the place to eat breakfast is also very small, I don't know if the guest is not open. Only a group of business Koreans are eating, the cups are messy, and no one is sorting out in time. The restaurant only sees a waiter.

Am Vortag eröffnetes Hotel daher an der ein oder anderen Ecke noch Bauatmosphäre, besonders draußen. Lage in unattraktivem Gewerbe-Mischgebiet, mit Auto gut zu erreichen, zur nächsten Straßenbahn sind es ca. 300m. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind modern und chic, das Frühstück hat uns auch in der Art der Präsentation und bez. der Auswahl gefallen. In dem gebuchten Hipster Studio kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, praktisch sind auch Bluetooth-Lautsprecher für das Smartphone. Allerdings hat das Hipster Studio sicher nicht die aufgeführten 32qm! Überwiegend freundliches Personal. Zusammenfassend hat es uns gut gefallen, aktuell auch gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

She has always sought to meet my concerns and needs. Whatever the check-in, booking additional services or recommendations for local attractions, she has always been extremely helpful and competent. The receptionist also showed a remarkable organizational talent. She managed to handle the requests of several guests at the same time, always maintaining a quiet and professional treatment. No matter how stressful it was behind the treasure, she always kept her positive attitude and made the impression that she was personally careful of every guest. In addition, the receptionist was always premature and emotional. She took time to listen to my questions and concerns patiently and give me the feeling that my wellbeing was the highest priority for her. Arrived quite late and was greeted by a very friendly young lady on sunday night who was very friendly and polite.We were booked in very quickly and then got to the room all i can say is great fridge fully stocked with drinks and snacks awesome room .We ventured down to the bar and again was greeted by a friendly young bar guy good service and a nice bar restaurant connected to the hotel.Room was comfortable perfectly clean and quality breakfast was as good as back home all i can say about this hotel is try it so a big well done to all the staff and management team.

There is a parking lot for money, and the hotel is very good, but Ctrip's agents are rubbish. I booked for six days, and then stayed for two days and got a rash all over the body. First I went to see the doctor. The doctor suggested changing the room. When I went to the front desk, I saw that the front desk only charged for two nights. But Ctrip said the agent did not agree to the refund of the money later. It is still under negotiation. There is an option in Ctrip to pay at the store, and then the hotels here do not pay at first, and the settlement will be settled when you leave, so everyone will pay at the store after booking the hotel.
