Бронировал номер в отеле на новогоднюю ночь. В результате недобросовестного отношения сервиса трипком к своей работе, номер отличался от того, что был на фотографиях в этом приложении. Это в значительной мере испортило мой отдых и впечатления от праздника.
Что касается самого отеля:
Расположение очень удобное, до моря секунд 30, до центра и старой марины минут 5 пешком.
В отеле и в номерах чисто и уютно, ничего не сломано, все необходимое есть.
Завтраки адекватные, не шведский стол, но наесться можно.
У отеля есть отличная терраса с бассейном.
Из номеров с видом на море открывается потрясающий вид, особенно на закате.
Сервис адекватный, проблему с номером решить не смогли, но опять же вина была не отеля. Все остальные просьбы и вопросы решались быстро. Здесь работают хорошие люди.
Отдельное спасибо менеджеру Ибрагиму, за понимание и человеческое отношение.
Отель рекомендую. Но сперва лучше уточнить у представителей трипком о соответствии фотографий номеров в сервисе с реальностью.

I was there at the end of the season. The hotel was effectively empty. The automatic (Pir) lighting on the staircase was slow, leaving the staircase in darkness often. The dining room windows leaked flooding the floor. The walls were significantly damp in places. The wallpaper in my room was peeling off here and there; so was it generally in the hotel. After two mornings of cold showers, I asked if they could put the hot water on which they did, it was nice to have a warm shower. Somehow the wash hand basin was on a different system, so I had a cold shave for the third day in a row. I have been in business all my life, working with the public. I do not complain, I know how very hard it is to please all, all of the time. I am not a complainer, but there are times when one has to say something.

A once good hotel seems to be falling apart. Pros: great beach club and location Penthouse room amazing Cons: lots of Things falling apart poor breakfast Wi-Fi doesn’t work Staff nice but not Informative Loud music at night until 4am Wouldn’t go back

After 12 hours of travelling, confusion with the reservation was the last thing we needed. The staff on the front desk had no idea what to do and, without taking any ID or documentation, led us to a room that was not what we had booked (it was a double but we had booked a twin). It became clear that we would have no choice but to accept the wrong room for the first night and change to the correct room the next day. The hotel owner apologised and provided complimentary food and wine by way of compensation. The 'wrong' room had no towels, no toilet paper, no handle on the bathroom door and the balcony doors failed to close properly. We were moved to the correct room the following day and enjoyed the rest of the week at the hotel. The beds were really comfy, friendly staff, relaxing pool area, great food at the terrace restaurant with beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. Well positioned for a short walk into town and the private beach is really unique - there is no sand, so the sea comes right up to the edge where there are steps down into the turquoise water, fabulous.

Room was too small, dirty breakfast ingredients and bad staff in restaurant. Location is central and well located in Kas center. In overall I would not recommend.

We loved every minute of our stay at Hera Hotel. İbrahim, the Hotel Manager always went out of his way to help and make our stay incredible. He is so kind and always warm and welcoming. The hotel itself has everything you need. Beautiful swimming pool overlooking the sea, and has the best beach bar along the s*****(Pebble Beach). Jack runs the club and he is awesome. Always has a big smile, ready to help and always interacting with everyone. The bar has delicious food. Best pepperoni pizza!!!! From salads, to wraps, to yummy panko crusted chicken s*****, burgers,etc. Alllllll delish!! The hotel is in the most perfect location. A short 5 minute walk to the centre of town. Couldn’t have wished for better. We will definitely be back!! Thank you İbrahim and staff 🤗

Great location, Great wiev, Great staf. I enjoyed very much definitely will go back again. It would be great if they would accept animals as well. We enjoyed the restaurant as well. I was able to feed even Stray cat that was great for me❤️❤️

False advertising, dark and uninviting, overpriced, in bad need of maintenance. We had booked 6 nights but had to leave after 2 to save our holiday. No compensation was offered. We booked as the hotel advertised a gym at the time. After checking in I asked where the gym was but was told they no longer have one. Sadly this was after I had paid.....and they refused to refund me. The hotel and rooms are awful. The pool area is filthy. Could not even use the balcony area at night as it had no lighting, and had nails protruding from the decking. This hotel does not deserve any star rating. Do not stay here - you will regret it.

Happy and friendly base for a Kas holiday! Staff very helpful and chilled. Beach and pool areas relaxing to visit! We enjoyed our stay very much! We came with idea of side room, with possibility of sea view if available! Thanks to the Hotel, we had a sea view room for the duration! Even with Bayram starting mid way through. We are very grateful!
