We recently stayed for one night at the Fern Surya Resort, and it was a delightful experience. The resort is beautifully maintained, offering a picturesque and serene environment. The staff was exceptionally polite and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. We had a great time playing chess and snooker, and the swimming pool was a refreshing treat. The food was outstanding, with delicious options at the dinner buffet, breakfast buffet, and the evening High Tea. Overall, our stay was memorable, and we look forward to returning.

Pathetic experience as the hotel rooms are very small and different from the pictures depicted in OTA apps like MMT and Agoda. I was fooled by the room pics of winter green premium. Hotel staff agreed that they have smaller rooms also in the same category eg 2nd floor has size half of the rooms at 3rd floor. Staff especially Mr Saurabh was uncooperative despite acknowledging that this deceit was done by the hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Food is also 4/10

The stay was amazing & the food was delicious. The staff was very helpful and kind. Happy and Sandhya really made our stay very comfortable with their excellent service. The rooms were clean and tidy. Live music was very soulful and added charm to the night.

The hospitality was quite good. Our service associates- Happy (restaurant) and Sandhya (reception) were quite helpful and more than willing to cater to our requirements. Overall a very satisfactory stay. One improvement will be- food during breakfast was a bit lukewarm, should have been hot.

Excellent in all respects. Only thing missing was WiFi. Staff was very courteous Happy and others served well in restaurant. Suggestion- provide for ramps where it is possible. It will help seniors and those who have knee problems. That will make resort senior citizens friendly

It was a wonderful experience , with a beautiful view and surroundings. The location is very convenient to find. Staff is very courteous as well. The food served here is amazing and variety of options are available to choose from. Will love to come back again

Well ***nered and prompt staff. Everytime happy to help. Rooms are also good Buffet was great. Staff named Happy is very sweet and helpful . Rooms are very spacious, cottages are awesome. All around the resort there is greenary. It was a great fun

The location of the Hotel is very good and the hotel staff specially Preeti is very helpful. The food have lot of variety , parking is also available . I can recommend this hotel for everyone . You can also oraganize a big family function or some event in this hotel.

Great people, very helpful staff. Especially Pawan, the guy was in night duty helped alot. Although all the staff is good but dont know everyone's name. The lady in morning dining room duty, Vanita was helpful and always smiling. Seeing these gestures makes you visit this place more. We will definitely visit again.
