フロントの方の対応は凄く良かったです。部屋の設備がちょっと古く、ベッドのきしむ音が気になりました。水回りでは蛇口をきつく閉めないと水が出たままになったので修理したほうが良いと思います。

ホテルは古く感じますが、無料の朝食も付いており新潟だったので朝食のお米がとても美味しかったです。
チェックイン時にエコ清掃を選択すると、自販機のジュース又はアルコールの無料サービスもあり良いと思います。

予約時、禁煙希望したけど喫煙部屋しか空きがなかったが、チェックイン時に相談した所、禁煙部屋の空きがあり快く替えていただけました。
従業員の対応も素晴らしく、部屋も広く、とても快適に過ごせました。

出張で２泊滞在。 今までヨーロッパでシャワー室が狭い部屋はたくさん体験したが、それらをはるかにしのぐ、驚異的に狭いシャワー室だった。しかも、シャワーを出すと洗面台のモノがすべて濡れてしまう作りになっていた。。。大浴場（という名前の広めの共同浴室）は有るものの、部屋に金庫も何もないので、鍵のかからない鞄しかもっていなかった自分は部屋から離れられない。結果として部屋の中のとても狭いシャワーを利用せざるを得なかった。 また、朝方に外の空気を吸うためだけに何分かの短い間だけ外に出たときのこと。部屋のカギを預けなかったことがお気に召さなかったのか、フロントの男性係員が「おはようございます」のあいさつもなしに私を訝しげにジロジロ眺めていた。 他にいいホテルがないので、次回出張時もこちらに投宿することになりそうだが、可能であれば他のところに泊まりたい、と思わされた。残念。
