We were a family in the hotel from 23 to 26 February 2023. The hotel is not new but very comfortable. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and somewhere a little fairy tale. The staff are very polite and social. I would like to mark the cleaning of the rooms - the quality is above any praise! Delicious breakfasts with a glass of champagne make the mood of the day. Restaurant with a fireplace, very comfortable to spend not only breakfast but also dinner. I recommend to try local lasagna and ravioli as well as local cheeses. The location of the hotel is very convenient - in step-by-step access to the Kazan Kremlin and Bauman pedestrian street. In general, I recommend both single travelers and family couples with children.

Excellent hotel! Location/price/quality is the perfect ratio. In step-by-step accessibility the entire historic center of the city. In the hotel modern accurate interiors, new furniture. Cleaning every day, changing clothes every 3 days. In the family room 2 double beds, air conditioner, fan; a small cooler with a small fridge; a teapot, 4 cups with dishes and tea spoons. Couler in the hallway. The 3rd floor of the hotel is equipped with a ”kitchen” - in a large hall a table with a washing machine. A large refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric teapot, tea in bags, salt, sugar sand. The kitchen is zoned with sofas. We didn't use the kitchen, tc in the room we had everything we needed. The door to the room opens with a proxy card. Staff polite, welcoming, which is very important - all issues were solved quickly!!! The hotel is oriented to quiet quality rest of Kazan guests. On our experienced and critical look - 5 points out of 5.

Considering the price, I am very happy. The hotel is not near the train station. From Kazan 1 stop, first walk to the subway station, then go to the subway station for one stop, and then walk a little more. I took a taxi to Kazan 2 railway station. Glad I was able to check in on arrival in the morning. I live in a single room. It is not modern, but very clean. At least two receptionists can also speak English. There are many choices for breakfast, but I don't think it is particularly delicious. I also had dinner there once. I didn't think it was that magical either. Check-out must be completed before 12 noon. This is definitely a good time. But if you want to extend it a bit, you should pay the full cost of the other night. The hotel can definitely be downgraded a bit.

Отношение персонала хорошее, вежливые, приветливые, но вот в остальном все грустно, к сожалению. Перед тем как снять номер, прочитали отзывы, позвонили в отель, условия устроили, те что озвучили по телефону. По факту совпало очень мало. Как и в отзывах, парковка маленькая до жути, обещанной парковки для клиентов отеля нет, всегда занято и машины забиты до невозможности, номера машин в основной массе все местные, немногочисленные из других областей раскиданы по близлежащим парковкам. Я парковался в итоге у букмекерской конторы, благо успевал занять место. Далее, в номере главным критерием для нас был кондиционер. И тут как говорится, подвоха нет, но есть загвоздка. Да, он есть, по крайне мере что-то на него похожее дует в потолок, примерно на метр и все. Так как заехали мы днём, то не обратили внимания, включили на 17 градусов и ушли, чтобы охладилось к нашему возвращению, всегда так делаем в отеле, когда жарко, благо не первое наше путешествие. Отсутствовали до вечера, когда пришли, прохладнее стало совсем незначительно, а ночью вообще невозможно стало дышать, не тянет и все, открыли окна, хоть как-то протянули. Утром на ресепшене сказали что это общая поломка кондиционеров на этаже, в течении дня сделают. Позже днём когда вернулись уточнили у девушки, сделали или нет, сказали что все нормально, и сказали что надо не 17 ставить, а выше, 21 и т.д., лучше дует. Окей, поставили и уехали на вечернюю экскурсию. Вернулись и снова так же, в номере душно. Так что для кого этот вопрос так же важен как и для нас, не тратьте время, идите дальше, в другой отель. Кровать, просили двухспальную, в итоге две односпальных сдвинули, между ними щель, что рука пролазит спокойно, хотя по телефону опять же сказали что даже если не будет двухспальных, то сдвинут, будет незаметно. Дальше, шведский стол, он есть, выбор ограничен и скуден, кофе растворимый, кофемашина то ли не работает, то ли за отдельную плату, непонятно в общем, купили кофе в кофейне неподалёку, не стали уже разбираться. Еда приготовлена неплохо, хоть на этом спасибо. Хотя это видимо тоже зависит от смены. Т.к, мы были в отеле два дня, то смогли сравнить, первая смена из девушек была очень отвратительна во время завтрака, все столы были заполнены грязной посудой и её долго не убирали, стол не пополняли по мере уменьшения еды. На второе утро было намного лучше, парни быстро передвигались по залу, использованная посуда исчезала моментально, все пополнялось очень быстро, было приятно завтракать, хотел поставить отелю оценку 1, но чисто из-за этих парней поставил на балл выше, они выше всяческих похвал, все бы в этом отеле так выполняли свои обязанности, было бы 5. В общем и целом, впечатление от всего города испортилось именно в отеле, большую часть услуг не получили, ключевую, кондиционер, так же не увидели, разве что мешал своим шумом. Не рекомендую данный отель.

Everything is great. I want to share the experiences about the restaurant. It's just horror ! I haven't experienced this for a long time. They came to lunch, 3 adults and a child. No one was at all except us. They ordered, asked for beer and yoga to bring immediately. Beer was carried 15 minutes, brought without yoga. Then began miracles. Greenki brought in 49 minutes when the beer was almost drunk, brought cold. On the question : why ? - Administrator Camilla (in her words, although at the level of communication she does not pull on the waiter) replied that all claims to the chef and a lot of orders at all. My remark that we came earlier was left unnoticed, as was 95% of our wishes. 10 minutes later, the “new” yeasts were brought, in fact, cold and brought back. I myself cook and can distinguish the righteous from the sinner. Photo of the grill with roasted garlic , as well as the ”full” guest room is attached. Thank God, the food of the child was brought. That would be sad, though not fun. The pelmen forgot, the wife was hot (she ordered one dish at all) not even brought after an hour. Truff oil in the linguine with truffles was missing, vegetable cutting is disgusting, the quality of vegetables is worse than in the five. The staff barely crawled, did not respond to the call button. I don't know how to understand it, but we will never come here again and strongly recommend not to visit this restaurant at all. I spoiled all the positive impression of the hotel. Such staff I would fire. And by the way, the mega-occupied chef on whom Camilla hung all the dogs didn't come out to us.
