Good things about the place: quiet spacious room Bad things about the place: rude staff (they didn’t even bother to say “hi” at the reception in supposed to be 5 stars hotel) No coffee machine in room (though it is mentioned in description), no tea or tea pot, floors are dirty, you can see all the huge stains on the carpet. Shower is just a niche in a room with no door or pit for legs, so all the water occasionally ends up splashing around the entire bathroom floor. Food court is poor - three out of ten places were working during my 5 nights stay. Waiting for taxi to crawl through all the cars parking to get to the shopping mall, where hotel is located, is just a joke. All in all, good to stay for one night, otherwise - look for other place

Нормальные номера, достаточно просторные, с большой ванной. Банкетка при входе, удобно обуваться и снимать обувь. А вот матрац совсем не понравился, неприятно плотный и жесткий. Хорошее мыло и шампунь, есть биде. Но в раковине в ванной короткий кран, всё время цепляешь руками стенки раковины, что неприятно. И слабая вентиляция. Завтраки неплохие, но не было совсем круассанов. Но не радовало до него идти через закрытые магазины и кафе. В номере есть бесплатная бутылка воды.

Очень нравится отель! В комплексе есть все, что может потребоваться: рестораны, магазины, кинотеатр, бассейн и т д. Номера классные! Отдельно хочется отметить отдел бронирования, а именно сотрудницу Динару. Хотелось бы выразить ей благодарность! Очень помогла и даже на расстоянии чувствуется радушное обращение, большое спасибо! Будем приезжать!

Необычный отель. Непривычная и отсюда странная концепция: отель-торговый центр. На первом этаже - торговый центр и фудмолл, выше - отель. Номера уставшие, но чистые и просторные, мебель - новодел под старину; кровать, подушки, одеяла, как в большинстве отелей. Есть кофеварка Nespresso в номере (капсулы в холле на этаже). Заезжали в номер втроём: 2 взрослых + ребенок. При бронировании это указывала, созваниваясь перед заездом, проговаривала, при регистрации ребёнок был рядом (12 лет, пацан, сложно не заметить), но допместо принесли только после звонка на ресепшен. Очень странная система освещения: невозможно выключить свет в коридорчике (он ооочень яркий), свет над телеком отключается !!!дверьми шкафа!!!, на котором висит телек. Пустой минибар. Косметика, как в трёшке, в лучшем случае. При этом позиционируют себя, как 5*. Завтраки в формате шведского стола предлагают на первом этаже. Достаточно разнообразно, НО оладьи холодные, хотя стоят в специальном контейнере, блины явно вчерашние, т.к. края абсолютно сухие, из мяса - ТОЛЬКО сосиски, сосиски и колбаса халяль, ВСЁ! Голодными мы, конечно не были, но мы привыкли к более мясным завтракам. Вернулась бы я сюда? Только если в других отелях нет мест. И даже менее звёздный отель подойдёт, т.к. не будет завышенных ожиданий, как для пяти звёзд.

Отель сильно затертый, требует обновления. Внутри проходной двор, поток народв зашкаливает, на рецепции постоянно очередь. Пытались два дня провить лед в президентский люкс, на ресепшене говорили, что сломался ледогенератор. Убираются не качественно, остается грязь. В душевой кабине и ванной гнилостный запах. На первом этаже воняет попкорном. Не рекомендую.

В целом так же не плохой ремонт. Сервис на уровне 2х звезд. Кухня на том же незамысловатом уровне. Обидно, выбирали лучшую гостиницу для отдыха, а выбрали в итоге посредственную. Своих денег не стоит от слова совсем.

При выезде долго не получалось оплатить 2 часа пребывания автомобиля на парковке. Потом шлагбаум открылся и тут выяснилось, что сняли с карты 30 000 руб… На ресепшен сказали написать заявление с претензией… но деньги так и не вернули… сколько надо ждать??????????

Дозвониться до обслуживания в номерах невозможно , срабатывает автоответчик , рецепшн также не отвечает. После заказа ужина его приносят по частям , различаются данные цен в меню и чеке , рецепшн также не отвечает на звонки , нужно перезванивать

Merhabalar! Tatarstan ziyaretinde arkadaşlarla konaklamak için Korston Kazanı seçtik. Şunu diyebilirim ki hiç pişman olmadık. Daha ilk girişte otelin nasıl kaliteli olduğunu anlayabilirsiniz. Kocaman bina içerisinde alışveriş merkezi, yemek merkezi (foodmall), restorantlar ve bizi hayran bırakan otel. Resepsiona geldiğimizde bizi güleryüzlü personel karşıladı, biz çok az bildiğimiz inğlizce ile anlaşmaya çalışırken çok güzel Türkçeyle cevap veren Rüstem bey bizi sanki evimizde gibi htirdi. Gerçekten çok mutluyduk çünkü yabancı bir ülkede kendi ana dilini duymak gibi bir zevk olamaz. Rüstem bey hemen bize bir güzel oda ayarladı. Dediki otelin en güzel odalarından 24 katta. Gerçekten odaya girdiğimizde bizim hayranlığımız iki kat daha artı. Çünkü dışarıdaki manzara mükemmeldi. Odalar çok büyük ve ferrahdı. Odada olması gereken herşey vardı. Servis mükemmel otesiydi. Konakladığımız iki gecede herşey mükemmeldi. Kahvaltılar açık büfe şeklinde ve herşey vardı. Artık Kazandaki evimiz Korston Kazan. Tüm personeline teşekkür ederim. Ayrıca Rüstem Babacanova gösterdiği ilğiden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim. Herkese Korston Kazanı tavsiye ederim.
