The hotel looks just great inside, it has a feasible modern style with art objects, all inside is well thought over. I liked even the normal room - that I got instead of my paid and ordered lux room. As for the the room service - I can hardly remember a better prepared dishes, just wonderful! And all that should of course require 5* mark, but… It always the fist thing in all business - to get the right people Now, when you arrive after a long long trip, and you room is “not available” even that you show the confirmation from the hotel, and the manager does absolutely nothing, When in a 5* hotel you do not feel safe, because nobody is taking care about the sanitary measures against COVID and lots of people are willing inside without the masks… and the managers and the security does absolutely nothing to change that.. it’s no wonder they get 3* rating. And sorry to say, I do not recommend that hotel because it is badly managed

I was in the hotel for 6 days. The room was huge and nice. The service was great too. The breakfast was ok...nothing to rave about. I am guessing they are just recovering from the lockdown days. But overall good experience except for the food part. I will definitely go there again. Also it's good and safe for solo women travellers. And it's well connected to other parts of the city.

Breakfast is rich, the location is the city center, close to the ”ring” commercial center, direct access to the ”Bowman” commercial street, this street is the Kremlin ... very convenient!

Проживали в номере №601 на 6 этаже,2 дня,спонтанно забронировали день в день,заранее мы бы там не заселились Сервис отвратительный за те деньги что они предлагают,сутки стоят 4400-за что,не понятно,только если за расположение,очень удобное,центр,рядом улица Баумана,магазины,ТЦ,в этом плане все удобно,парковки нет,это минус,искали рядом. В номере-постель удобная,это единственное 😁убирают в номере на троечку,есть фен,шкаф,телевизор,тумбочки,тапочек и халатов нет,нет геля для душа,зубной пасты,полотенца хоть были и на этом спасибо,в ванной пахнет общественным туалетом,очень не приятный запах))номер у лифта,очень шумно. В столовой воняет сигаретами,завтраки не впечатлили.

Из даббла нам легко сделали твин, раздвинув кровати и заменив большой матрас на 2 односпальных соответственно (в удобное время, когда мы отсутствовали). Чайника нет (что странно для нашего типа номера), стаканы есть, холодильник есть. - Ванная: большая, с окном. Не могу сказать, что все супер-современно, но вполне чисто. На косметические принадлежности, тапки рассчитывать не стоит. Полотенец хватает (по 2 на душу + для ног) - Сам отель: в коридоре есть гладильные принадлежности (вполне удобно), кулер. Также почему-то вечно болтается тележка уборщицы и портит вид.)) Следует учитывать, что лифта нет. - Обслуживание: тактичный, доброжелательный персонал, у нас опыт положительный)) Вещи можно оставить в камере хранения - Завтраки: континентальные, достаточно сытные (сет из 3х единиц, напиток, хлеб с маслом и плавленным сыром), но не все блюда могут прийтись по вкусу. Так, в первый день у нас были омлет или рисовая каша (на выбор), творог, блинчик с джемом. Во второй день - гречка или макароны с сосиской, апельсин, блинчик с джемом. Я спросила, можно ли вместо макарон попросить еще один блинчик - сделали без проблем))) Качество приготовления - добротное, продукты хорошие. Из напитков - пакетированный чай или кофе (растворимый). Сваренного, конечно, очень не хватает! В целом, если доработать завтраки (всегда иметь яйцо и кофе в позициях), добавить косм.принадлежности в ванную, доработать мелочи - ушел бы небольшой налет ”советчины” и получилась бы добротная европейская трёшка.)) В целом, могу рекомендовать отель!

I chose this hotel to stop in Kazan for 3 nights where I came to go for a walk. I always try to stay in the center to make it convenient to get out to the city and return to the hotel if I'm tired. I recommend this hotel to travelers in Kazan if (when) go again - I will stay there. Perfectly located hotel: 15 minutes by unspeed. The street of Ostrovsky, on which the hotel is located, passes parallel the pedestrian street of Bauman, on which all tourists go. But it is not noisy because there is no crowd of tourists, and the car traffic on Ostrovsky is not big. One of the few hotels on which I felt ”better than expected”: Looking at the photo I decided that I should make an amendment to the ”art of a photographer” but also the room and bathroom were really big. The furniture in the room is new and modern, which is good. The hearing between rooms was not: maybe I was lucky, or maybe sound isolation is really good. There is a teapot and bottled water in the room. The curtains on the windows are dense. Lights in Kazan early and the dense curtains are not extra. In the wardrobe 4 hangers. I had enough one, but here two would be small. However, it is likely that you can ask for extra. When I asked for an extra bottle of water, they brought 2! Respect! Safe, coat/shoots, minibar, even lay on the shelf a single haircut. Breakfast is a Swedish table. At my request, omlet with selected ingredients has been prepared. There are cashes/omlet/breads/couches, as well as, for those who want, dishes on a tighter basis. Several types of juice and tea/coffee from the coffee machine. Good and dense breakfast is important for me as it allows you to live until dinner at 5 p.m. when all the tours are over. The restaurant has 2 aquariums with neon and mosques, which apparently gave the name to the restaurant ”Aquarium.” Hard Quartet, no five-four luxury, but all necessary is eaten in good quality. I recommend to everyone.

The hotel is located in the very center of Kazan. Literally 100 meters from the main tourist street, ”Kazana Arbata” - Bauman Street. 10 minutes in one direction and you are at the Kremlin walls, 10 minutes in the other and you are on Tukaya Square. There are many cheap places nearby, where you can have breakfast/dinning/dining, for example popular in the city ”Good dining room” or a network that you can meet in St. Petersburg ”Table №1.” In the hotel itself you can drink tea, which is available on the resepshne (free) and the teapot and tea pairs in the room. There is bottled water in the coolers on each floor. There is also a refrigerator in the room. The room is small, about 12 sq m, but equipped with a workplace. There is air conditioning, mirror and flat TV. Wi-Fi works well (used on two devices (mobile phone and laptop). I had a big double bed in my room - the perfect mattress, clean underwear. High pillows, but it is individually. On each side there is a torch and a roast. tumba for things. It was nice to surprise the presence of a floor bra. There is a hanging for clothes and shoulders. Also such important trimmings as a spoon and a shoe brush. No shoes in the room, but they are as much as other things (baths, hairdressers, etc. ) can be purchased extra. The bathroom is small. The set of towels is full - for feet, faces and bodies. The shower ”cabin” itself is a little tight but not critical. Shampoo and shower gel were provided in the number of days of stay. The only thing in the bathroom is lacking a shelf over the shelves, there is no possibility to fold your hygiene - toothpaste, brush, and so on. The mirror in the bathroom has its own separate illumination. Total: ideal price/quality/location ratio. Recommended.

Excellent hotel! Location/price/quality is the perfect ratio. In step-by-step accessibility the entire historic center of the city. In the hotel modern accurate interiors, new furniture. Cleaning every day, changing clothes every 3 days. In the family room 2 double beds, air conditioner, fan; a small cooler with a small fridge; a teapot, 4 cups with dishes and tea spoons. Couler in the hallway. The 3rd floor of the hotel is equipped with a ”kitchen” - in a large hall a table with a washing machine. A large refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric teapot, tea in bags, salt, sugar sand. The kitchen is zoned with sofas. We didn't use the kitchen, tc in the room we had everything we needed. The door to the room opens with a proxy card. Staff polite, welcoming, which is very important - all issues were solved quickly!!! The hotel is oriented to quiet quality rest of Kazan guests. On our experienced and critical look - 5 points out of 5.
