Отель занимает один этаж в жилом доме. Все новое, очень чисто. Кухня с набором посуды по мнимому (сковорода, кастрюля, половник, лопаточка. Приборы, тарелки, чашки на две персоны). Есть плита, микроволновка и холодильник, чайник, пакетированный чай, сахар, салфетки, питьевая вода (по две бутылочки), пополняют каждый день, а также моющее средство для посуды и губка для посуды. Но мы только готовили завтрак, нас все устроило. В ванной комнате имеется теплый пол, электрический полотенцесушитель (можно установить температуру и время), шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, крем для тела, зубная паста и щетка, шапочка для душа, бритвенный набор. В номере установлен водонагреватель, есть тропический и обычный душ. Коридор (входная зона) очень тесный, стоит шкаф с горизонтальным хранением, рядом отделение для хранения с большим количеством полок. В комнате есть узкий низкий шкаф для хранения с дверцей. Удобный матрас, хорошие подушки, шторы достаточно скрывающие свет утром. Освещение в номере очень удобное. Наш отдых в этом отеле был замечательным, вернемся сюда ещё раз. Очень приветливый персонал, мелкие недостатки ( теснота в коридоре) перекрываются другими преимуществами. В этом отеле приятно находиться и проживать.

Нам повезло. Заехали одними из первых в этот новый отель. Понравилось все - новые матрасы, новое белье, новая мебель. Кухня в номере, это бонус для семьи, которая путешествует с детьми. Ужины готовила сама, благо вся посуда есть в номере! Всем рекомендую.
