Grand Mir'Amor Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

Very good hotel with friendly staff and excellent food

Haven't been to such a bad property in my life. The staff is highly untrained and clueless. They took 3 hours to checkin and handed over such dirty rooms esp washrooms. Had to fight it out. Wasted one day for us. It seemed we were living in a Hospice rather than a Resort.

Best hotel I have ever stayed.Good food,drinks..Clean and comfortable room.Good and helpful Staff.Perfect view.We liked everything.Thank you for everything.I highly recommend this place for a relax holiday.We will come back again.

Where to start from… well definitely not a 5* like they claim to be. The hotel looks like a time capsule to 1985. Definitely needing an update. Everything looks tired and old. Staff looked exhausted, like they have been working non stop 15 hours a day 7 days a week for the past 6 months. Everything seems to be too much effort. Don’t have cash ? Uuuuuuuf . Don’t speak other than Russians …? Uuuuuuf. Have any questions regarding anything at all about the surrounding areas …? UUUUUUUF you will be lucky to get a 3 words answer. Food was old. Great variety thou but felt and tasted like if they have been saving left overs for days at a time. They did have a great Cheff making fresh daily bread and chako bbq with fish and meat. Kebab looked good too. But if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, you are on your own. You can ask and they will either not understand or just say “ no problem “ you will eat have a reaction. Thanks god mine is mild. Drinks was below average with only one bartender being like an octopus behind the bar at peak time. DO NOT GET A TOUR FROM ALBINA OR JESSICA. Not sure what’s Jessica role in the business she always look grumpy sitting at the couches or waiting. For buffet to open. But when organising a tour with albina, paying by card became a problem and we had to paid with Jessica. And ofcourse paying by card was a biiiiiiiig UUUUUUUUF for her. We were charged €65 each to go to pamukale. That price is as because we paid by card 🤷‍♂️ the English tour guy couldn’t speak English just keep saying “ladies and gentemlan” had an “English” speach pre made but if you took him away from it asking a bit more in depth questions he didn’t know the answers. You can basically go by yourself pay 200 liras get your entrance and just read at each site what’s what. We got pickup at 0430 ( when we were actually told we were going to be picked up at 0400) and got back to Miramor at 1930. But with only 3 hours on pamukale. The rest was divided into multiple shops where they keep pushing you sales and inside the bus. And if you are 10-15 minutes late they leave. We got stack in the site where our tour guy left us. They just left. No phone call, no attempt to find us or communicating with us … nothing… when we reach out tour operator she said she can’t do anything only give us his number. We called him and he said take a taxi…. Beach is near by and Is good. But they don’t either have coke… or ice… always something. Missing. Overall, “can’t be bothered vives” Definitely not coming back nor will recommend.

Terrible place, do not go and expect 5 star because this is definitely not, I have stayed in better 3 stars. Full of rude and greedy Russians, staff that don't smile or give good service. Meal times are like school dinners and I mean in a canteen and warm at best. Food wasted everywhere and warm at best, apart from the barbecue but you can't generally get near that. We ate out most of the time and spent days at the beach which was nice as long as you don't get fooled into thinking you will get snacks there, cold burger and soggy chips the only thing on offer. Avoid!

Awful experience, booked for 2 nights for a relaxing few days after a busy week. Staff rude, spend more time on their phones rather than helping. Food is not the best and cats jumping on tables to pinch food.. would never return
