Clean, comfortable and easy access.

The front desk agent was super accommodating. I had come in earlier than 3pm to let her know that we won’t be able to check in until after midnight. We were going to Spokane for my son’s championship basketball game. She said she could check me in early this way I would already have my room key so we could just be checked in when we come that late. This was very helpful to us since we anticipated a long night. It was perfect for us. And the room was clean. No complaints specially for a one night stay it served our purpose. Will stay here again for my sons upcoming baseball tournament

The only issue we had with the hotel was the toilet in the room was very low for adults. Everything else was very good.

Nice and modern, clean, good breakfast. Some noise due to inadequate sound-proofing between the floors. Not too bad though.

We were locked out of our room, due to door lock malfunction. Front desk gave us new keys first night, however that did not fix the problem. I was only able to get back in the room because my wife was still in there. Got new keys next morning, still not working. We had to wait an hour for them to fix the door lock, so we could get our bags and leave, inconvenient.

Good accommodations. Not all that close to airport, and chose to order food to be delivered since we didn’t have a car.

Arrived at 8:30 PM to find a sign asking me to call a number to check in. Called the number but got no answer for 2 minutes. Called the number again and after a couple more minutes, an employee came from the back pushing a laundry cart. She just stared at me so I asked her if I should terminate the call. Her response was, “obviously since I am here now.” She offered no greeting nor any apology for making me wait to check in. She asked for my name - instead of answering, I dropped my head ID and credit card on the counter to which she scolded me saying, “don’t be rude to me sir.” Her attitude was completely snarky and unprofessional and it frankly pissed me off. There are plenty of places to stay in Kennewick - this La Quinta should not be your choice so long as “Stephanie” (if that is her name) is working the front desk. This employee either needs to be retrained on company standards or terminated before she drives off any more customers.

Nice and helpful receptionist and room was fine with a comfortable bed.

Wanted adjoining rooms with our friends but ended up on different floors.

Great hotel, staff, breakfast, pool, room, everything was very good.

Check-in was a snap and the young lady checking us in was very helpful and extremely pleasant!!!

Staff was excellent and very helpful when asked questions about the area

Great price, clean, quiet, well stocked food even after breakfast available. Was handy as everything was closed when I pulled in US Thanksgiving and everything was closed.

Heating unit was excellent. Bathroom ok. Sound proofing mediocre.
