The room was spotless and very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was delicious with a great variety and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel. We will definitely stay again. Great value for money.

Extremely disappointed with our meal at the Torc Hotel today , first of all the restaurant was freezing I was genuinely very cold while eating . The service was disgraceful the waitress was not one bit kind or welcoming, the meal wasn’t very tasty either , I ordered a steak sandwich and normally with a steak sandwich the steak is cut up but it was just placed on the plate , won’t be returning

We have stayed in the torc a few times before when we have gone to Killarney and always had a good experience hotel is very basic but for somewhere just to sleep it does the job. We stayed Saturday night we were greeted by a lovely lady at reception who couldn’t have been any nicer she said she was new there. Everything was fine until the next morning when we went down for breakfast my partner ordered 2 sausages 2 rashers with toast and pudding and I ordered 2 sausages with beans and toast and told they don’t do beans which is just so odd for a hotel breakfast when it arrived we took one look and knew we weren’t going to touch it it looked absolutely disgusting is the only word. In total we had 2 slices of toast and 2 mini crossaints each and the smallest glass of cheap orange juice when we went to check out we had to deal with such a rude blonde lady who was working in the bar a few minutes before she said there was a €20 breakfast fee which all we could do was laugh at the price I tried to explain that it shouldn’t be that expensive as it was inedible but she wasn’t listening and smiling while being so rude continuously mentioning the toast and orange juice too as if that could justify the price we paid and it was fine we’ll get over that but the way she acted was ridiculous and it felt like she was being so rude like that to impress the manager sitting behind her we definitely won’t be staying there again now and really hope she learns to be more friendly to returning guests and also their breakfast chef definitely needs to up their game.

The Torc Hotel were fantastic in hosting our soccer club, Wexford Albion, on a Friday night as we had a match in Killarney. They were great hosts, making sure that all players, parents and supporters were accommodated for. This included a lovely evening dinner, along with breakfast the following morning. All for an extremely reasonably price. They made sure that we had everything we needed for the match, which was excellent. We at Wexford Albion would recommend it for any team going away to Killarney, especially underage teams.

This hotel was included in a tour. Of the 9 hotels we stayed in it was the second worst. Main reason was NO AC. Yes, it's mostly cool in Ireland, but not on the night we were there. No fans were available. The room and beds were adequate but tired. Breakfast was just OK.

Fantastic food ... We were looking for somewhere to have our main meal of the day and we came across the Torc Hotel, and I'm really glad we did. Great menu selection, so we made our choices and when the food arrived at our table the portions were enormous, and the food was piping hot👍🏻 Our experience was so good we returned two days later and ordered the same meals again 😋

Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Reminded me of spring break in Daytona. Do not listen to good reviews. Either ppl have zero expectations or they’re lying. To start, there’s no air conditioning. Yes I get it it’s Ireland but summer is summer. And no fans and windows don’t open. The entire hotel is worn and disgusting. Bedding is horrible, and bathroom tub is just a danger. There’s no fridge, outlets don’t work, zero amenities in room, doors banging all night-you can hear everything around you. Also, it’s not close to town. It was truly bad. The staff and bar are the only shining light. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Delicious, good value food and very friendly service. Torc provides a dining experience a cut above regular pub fare. The meals were beautifully cooked and presented and offered very good value for money. The waitress and all staff were really helpful and friendly.

This hotel is generally good and the rooms are very nice in terms of their comfort and decoration. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. We ate in the bar one night and it was not so great. Well, the food was fine but the staff seemed a bit disinterested and there was some sports team all over the place being very loud. Some of the staff seemed familiar with them so no chance there of getting any control of the matter, so we left as quickly as possible after our food was finished. If you have a room at the front of the hotel like we did, the noise from the bar can certainly be heard in your room in the evening until late.

Beds are so comfortable room fine size all staff were so friendly and helpful food was fantastic great choice of menu very reasonable great variety at breakfast fresh fruit muffins crossiants will definitely be back

Stayed here for a few days on a business trip, very nice stay. The staff were very welcoming especially Pam on reception. The rooms were great with everything that you could need. Sleep quality was great and it was nice to relax in the evening. The breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious, other choices were available if you didn't want cooked food. Service was fantastic and all the staff were lovely, hi to Sheila who was very nice! Very good hotel , thanks to all!!

Can’t fault this hotel, the staff are local and friendly. The bar area is spacious, the rooms are tasteful and the showers are excellent. Breakfast offered great choices and the food on the evening menu was beautiful. As Arnold Schwarzenegger said I’ll be back

We arrived at Torc hotel on Sunday afternoon for three nights b&b and three evening meals. the reception area was very friendly the rooms were very comfortable , ,we were extremely impressed with the waiting staff, they couldn’t do more for us. Highly recommend staying can’t fault anything.

Well all I can say everything was amazing and pleasant experience, from food to staff and comfortable rooms , nothing was a trouble to these amazing staff , highly recommend a visited, eileen and Patrick a pleasure to deal with , hope all the staff is recognised for the fantastic work , very homely and welcoming place , keep up the good work , hope to visit during the year again, Thank you so much.
