這家酒店首先入住房間看前台就是將我們房間和另一個房間弄錯了。折騰了半天。房門無法上鎖，隔音很差。浴室沐浴乳洗頭水都空瓶，浴室下水道頭髮不清理，枕套床上配的高枕睡不習慣。櫃子裏枕頭枕套是沒有更換的。上面甚至有異味。空調衹有風和暖氣。兩個都是熱風，那開窗也行，早上這條路全是貨車，無法睡覺。關窗！很熱很悶。且凌晨4，5點開始門口放煙花，酒店也沒有制止。綜上和前台反饋！但前台態度極差，服務惡劣，吊兒郎當，傲慢！解決不了問題推卸責任，又慫包不敢叫經理。一説叫領導，就範慫讓找平台。説你在平台定的找平台。笑死！一個旅遊景區，服務跟不上就靠着來來往往人能住就住，這地方也就這樣了。

首先亮點：酒店規模比較大，集餐飲和住宿一體，入住當晚在酒店吃了晚飯，價格能接受，酒店的規模在經棚鎮算大的了；酒店地理位置優越，在大的路邊，有停車場，方便找；房間面積大，設施新，床品乾淨，外部環境安靜，晚上睡覺沒什麼聲音；酒店送早餐，早餐簡單能吃飽，最讚的是有奶茶喝。沒給滿分的原因是房間還是有點裝修後的味道，我比較敏感，一下子就能聞到；另外一點，住兩天，第二天沒搞衞生，毛巾和垃圾都沒清理（外出的時候已在門口掛了打掃的牌子），總體來説還是不錯的。

各方面都很不錯，家庭房很大，屬於套房，住着非常舒服。設施很新，衞生很好，環境也是沒得説。有獨立停車場，停車方便，旁邊就有吃飯的地方，一家比較火的蒙餐，走路十來分鐘。本想續住一晚上，結果第二天都訂完了。總之，很不錯。【忘記拍酒店的照片了，沉浸式體驗】

早飯一般他們反饋，但是內蒙酒店早飯好像都是這些。

新酒店房間還是有些氣味，對氣味敏感的人不太友好。裝修風格和設施現代化，可以好評。服務態度差評，去前台質疑酒店早餐不新鮮，服務人員態度惡劣，完全不懂得服務禮儀。

不知道為什麼這裏的酒店花灑都會打開，感覺有點噁心，水比較小，房間因為樓下是餐飲，味道很大，設施不錯，衞生也不錯。酒店位置也挺好的，在鎮上應該是不錯的酒店了。
