The boathouse used to be used as a store for the lifejackets and paddles, it has no windows, the bathroom door is an old closet mirrored door, when we expressed our disappointment, the receptionist said that she had spent a week in it and it "wasnt too bad but to be honest I wasnt in the room much" Probably the least truthful description of a property I have ever stayed in.

Alright so, this place was right on the cusp of 5 stars. For the price point, it exceeded what I think it should be. So that’s good. I liked everything, it was quiet, set back, calm. The parking lot is away from the building and that creates a real serene sort of atmosphere. Except one a-hole decided to park his cheap Mercedes right in the rocks right next to the sidewalk, which is obviously a no parking area. Check in and out were easy. The WiFi works well. The bed and pillows were good. Our room was aquamarina and it has a good view but the room, with the view, is kinda just forgotten about. There was a loveseat and that’s it. It’s like that’s the best part of the whole place, give the area some love lol. Drawbacks, really the only drawbacks are things that can be easily fixed. If they have someone clean the windows more often on the outside, update some of the bathrooms and doors/windows. Basic maintenance like keeping the outside roof clean (that might be expensive tho). Back to good stuff, The beach area was quaint and nice. You can swim if you want. The sunset on the dock is beautiful. Only one complaint about that area is it isn’t lighted after dark so when the sun goes down the area is kinda useless. I wish they had a gate to the property. All in all, worth the money and we had a great time.

Such a beautiful place. It's a quiet oasis on the main drag. It has such a peaceful vibe. There's lights strung for ambience on the property and the dock is perfect for drinking your morning coffee. The room was pristine and extra touches were given. We have been staying somewhere different for two weeks on a road trip and this is the best place we have stayed.

The staff was fantastic in accommodating us for a very early check-in. We were very grateful for that. Upon arriving to the property, though, the room smelled funky, like it suffered from chronical humidity. Also, the toilet and sink had no water pressure. The setting is nice with a very small and cute (rocky) beach in the property and spacious rooms, but we would not return because of the humidity sensation.

Pretty underwhelming. I was disappointed to see how small our room was & the property just didn't appear to be kept very well.

The property is more like a motel than a boutique hotel. There is no amenities. Pictures are very deceiving. There is no beach.

Arrived at 14.30. Told room would not be ready until 1600 as being the "inexpensive" room ours would be last to be ready. No facilities. Not possible to buy a drink. Room was dingy with a view of a store house. Bathroom with chipped bath, very weak shower and peeling paint. Felt totally ripped off.

View beautiful but room we stayed is tired looking and not worth the rate to be paid. Could easily replace worn small area rug under the coffee table??

Our stay was very comfortable. The Hotel is tucked away off the main ***** but was very quiet. The room was very clean and efficient. The grounds are well cared for and the seating could be just a little more comfortable. the only recommendation would be a grab bar in the shower area The Staff was very helpful and courteous
