Very cute property, easy to find, and a quick check-in with friendly staff. The location is off the beaten path a little bit so it is quiet at night. Our room was very clean, but the cleaning products they use are very strong smelling and were a bit overwhelming for us. Our air conditioner died on the first night and they went right out and bought a new unit so we were able to stay cool which I'm sure was a hassle for them but we really appreciated it!

The accommodation was very personally furnished and very well maintained with great attention to detail. The breakfast (typical american,we love it) and the Café was great. We had the room 2 with a private Patio. For us everything was perfect!

Very friendly and hospitable host. Loved being able to rent bikes which made travel around Key West easy. A minor thing but they need better toilet paper! Breakfast was fine but nothing over the top. Coffee was readily available.

What an amazing place to stay. Our room had a bottle of wine waiting. The service was amazing and helpful. The breakfast was spot on. Filtered water and fresh ground coffee available 24 hours. Books and suntan lotion along with bikes and chairs were also available. Janine was there to greet us and show us the room. She went above and beyond.

Nice place. I would have given its a 4 if it had not been for the noisy construction site next door. Which has and will last for a long time. Maybe they should have done something to make up for it like a free bottle of wine or something. Certainly the price was still high Luckily its only noisy 830 to 6. But forget any tranquility during that time.

The property itself was beautiful. The rooms were clean. The courtyard area was a wonderful place to eat or relax. The only problem was the construction next door. Literally 5 feet from the courtyard area, a crew was sawing and hammering every day of our stay. It was very disruptive. If we’d known about the construction, we would have booked a different property. Had there been to construction, I would have rated this place 5 stars. It was otherwise a very nice place.

Very friendly staff. Small room but very well arranged to meet all our needs. Breakfast every morning outside offered lots of options. Comfortable outdoor seating. Very convenient for walking to Duval St.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was on the snaller side for two but worked out. Property was clean but in the loud side with all the construction next door. Overall our trip was very nice.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is very easy to drive there and park your car with a plan to just walk to activities and restaurants. They do such a nice job of keeping our room refreshed daily.

3 night stay. Deluxe suite. Spacious room with living area, fridge, microwave, couch and 2 person table. Clean and comfortable. Check in was efficient and friendly. An emphasis was placed on a completely clean facility!! The place was spotless! Complimentary breakfast included a nice assortment of items. Very quaint seating area in "courtyard" where breakfast was served. Parking is very limited, but we had no problems. Water pressure was a bit light in the shower. But, overall an awesome stay!!

Cute boutique guesthouse with bikes for rent. The owner was so nice and very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Loved our private patio area and very nice continental breakfast. Convenient location with parking included.

This property is a gem. Very friendly and welcoming host who couldn't do enough to ensure we were welcome and enjoyed our staff. The room was spotlessly clean, the free continental breakfast and free water, tea and coffee and sun supplies were the icing on the cake. Within easy walking distance of everything the historic old town has to offer. Cant recommend this highly enough and will definitely recommend to all our friends and family
