Let’s talk about the shortcomings first. The hot water is unstable and sometimes not available, and the wifi signal is weak. Advantages: Affordable price, good location, convenient parking, and breakfast. The room has bunk beds and is suitable for a group of people traveling together.

Nice room with local characteristics

The environment is good, the service is warm, and the facilities are very good for vacation and leisure. The breakfast is very good, with more varieties. Although there are four people in the room, it is not crowded at all. It is very convenient to take a bath and the hot water is sufficient. In short, the experience is good.

Nice place close to the action but not too close. We were here during spring break . Lots of college kids but they did a good job of seeing it didn’t get too crazy!

It’s a nice place right in key west. We enjoyed the pool area and rented bikes for a day. Duval St and other sights are walkable. Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. It’s more like a hostel, but very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks for everything.

Room is a little overpriced. Very basic, no decorations, no table or shelves in room. Had to put everything on the floor. Pool area was nice; great location

Great property, easy checkin and friendly staff. Multiple pools. The downfall was my bed needs replaced. Mattress was worn out and like a banana

Did npt like being charged a resort fee in additoon to the price charged by *******. Resort fee was 89.00

We loved the property, the location, the pools and the international friendly travelers. But they have an issue with no hot running water. And no one from NYAH ever responded to any of my emails and phone calls after they sent an email informing us the room we reserved was unavailable. Poor technical communication.

Great location, very close to shops, eats, and sights. Staff were phenomenal. Well Worth the stay and can’t beat the price. Thanks all!

Enjoyed our stay! We had a convenient room near the main door, however we heard music playing early because we were also by the pool/breakfast area. I will stay again, just might request further back on the property. If you are sensitive to music while sleeping (past 8 a.m.) like me, hope this helps for a perfect stay!
