Overall the hotel was good. The poolgave out free drinks but the waiter was no where to be found. I also had an ant fall down from the ceiling. Yuck. And the ice maker did not work.

H2O is THE BEST property in key west without question! The quality of the appointments is exceptional. The landscape is amazing and the rooftop pool and bar literally tops it off. I always stay here when I’m in key west.

We have stayed here 4 times now and have no complaints. Room is spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony. Pool is quiet with a bonus bloody mary happy hour from 11-1. Duval st. is a short walk around the corner or easy access to the Duval Loop bus. We'll be back!

It was a good property. It wasn’t worth nearly what we paid. Maybe it was because of the off season but we surely didn’t get $750/night service. Most days we didn’t even get our room restocked with water bottles. But we stayed and it was fine. It was clean but we had to request towels. Spent a week there. One of like 4 rooms, and the second most expensive pool suite. You’d think anywhere else for what you pay you’d get real service but I guess it’s probably the island thing here.

Great place for our anniversary. Adults only!!!!! The suites are really nice with a heated pool in the back and patio out front. The property was clean and smelled wonderful. The only thing missing was a restaurant/room service. However, you can easily walk a block or two in any direction and find a place to eat. Daily happy hour at the rooftop pool as well. Five stars! Pricey but worth it.

Convenient location with a short walk to restaurants and Duval Street. Very quiet and tranquil. Male bartender was less than friendly or accommodating. Overall great experience. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful. They thought of every detail. The courtyard was stunning. The Premium pool room was the best room I've ever stayed in at a hotel. The bed was very comfortable as well. My only complaint is that I didn't book a longer stay which is my fault ;d. I highly recommend H20 suites, and will be back! Thank you for everything.
