We’ve had a wonderful 4 days staying in this beautiful rainforest. The staff are brilliant and have organised all our trips for us which are just brilliant and a lovely experience, from cycling and visiting local villages in the jungle and seeing how they live and work, seeing how rubber is made coffee beans all the herbs and spices grown in the gardens to produce all the amazing food. The elephant sanctuary - a small local place that has orphaned just two special elephants and we had the privilege of one to one with them..bamboo rafting such a calming experience, to the most amazing day on the lakes. We also did both cooking experiences, visited an organic farm and participated in cooking all our own food and the processes involved and did the jungle dinner night - this was also lots of fun & we met some amazing people doing this, but all the trips were small groups so really good. Lekky - front of house was ever so helpful and personable. We had a problem with our first lodge so he went out of his way to ensure we were happy and moved our room on the 1st day, he was also the person to organise the trips ensuring great communication throughout all our trips. The breakfast is good, plenty of choice and highly recommend trying their cocktails. The views from the lodges and communal areas are lovely and so tranquil. The lodges are super clean and the beds are lovely and comfortable. Just a couple of suggestions would personally be: Some seating area in the lodges as only outside seating provided, but plenty of lovely space to relax in the communal areas. The bathrooms could do with a little spruce up all the taps are very loose!! But it is the jungle. Maybe a hand towel in the bathroom could be handy especially for us woman! But overall a fantastic experience and we have created the best memories here. Thank you.

The best place we've stayed in Thailand! The reasons: • Incredible setting, surrounded by the jungle, limestone cliffs and a turquoise river that runs through the accomodation. • Outstanding staff! ❤️ The staff was just next level here, attentive, kind, willing to help or just have a chat. We felt like part of the group here, like actual guests not just tourists. • Khao Sok activities: Within the accomodation they can find activities for you to do. • Food! The local food was delicious at their restaurant. • The treehouses are adorable, clean and comfortable and sleeping with the jungle sounds at night was definitely a highlight! Thank you everyone at Art's for making our stay so special, we will definitely come back :)

The photo that promotes this hotel on trip.com features a lake and raft houses on the lake. This is not the reality for this hotel, although it does provide tours that visit this lake, and so initial expectations were not met. However if you want my review of the actual hotel, here goes. The family run hotel provides a cool place to stay for physically fit guests and people who do not suffer too badly with vertigo. All the rooms are tree houses, reached by narrow walkways through the subforest at different levels. The rooms vary in size and height to suit everyone, from 4m to 15m up in the trees. Central to the complex is a nice outdoor pool. I loved it, but remember in humid tropical locations infrastructure does not last long, so don't get upset if a table collapsed or a handrail comes adrift, there is a guy who fixes everything. Food available all day, home cooked and reasonably priced. The hotel.is only 2km from the park gates so location, location, location. But definitely no lake!

We stayed 2 nights in the Forest accommodation as part of a package. It was the most expensive package but for what you get it is well worth it. The 3 days are jam packed with activities, it was all go from the moment we checked in. The amount of wildlife that can be observed in their own natural habitat really took us by surprise. It’s the fanciest way to camp in the jungle, with gecko’s in your room to the monkeys playing across the river during breakfast. The bed is really comfortable with a net to keep out the creepy crawlies. The breakfast was lovely you could order whatever you liked from a set menu, ranging from western breakfast to a pad Thai. Dinner was also very tasty, and we enjoyed the board games which were available to guests. With a pick-up and drop off service after every activity it couldn’t be any easier. The hosts can even organise a transfer for you to your next destination. Staff and everyone we met on the tours were all very helpful and informative.
