Very lovely staff. It is a quiet hotel with great views. Clean and spaceous rooms. Ask for eggs from Chef Patrick - they are great! One draw down: There could be a larger selection of evening meals. However, definitely recommend to stay here.

Excellent food and a nice stay. The location is very good and is close to the downtown and the business district. The rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly.

Nice place in Kigali. Quiet. Restaurant was very good. Staff very friendly. Also swimming pool good maintain. Rooms big with all comfort. Terrace by room. Breakfast in buffet and alot of choice. So everything ok

Comfy rooms, friendly staff and very good food. Try the chicken sizzler for dinner and the omelettes were good for breakfast! Maybe not the best use of time in Kigali but I actually managed to watch the Premier League from our room. Good TV! Will stay again when next in town

Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. They we’re always ready to give me advice on getting around and helped with getting taxis and motos outside of the hotel. Super comfortable bed, spacious room and a great shower. Nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was somewhat disappointing. It lacked variety. It's somewhat frustrating eating the same thing everyday. It was also frustrating how long it took for the shower water to heat up. Waiting for over 15 minutes for hot water is unacceptable. That being said the Hotel staff where simply incredible. Warm, freinedly and very receptive! I would personally like to commend Justine and Nadia ( we absolutely loved them) along with the restaurant staff. They two boys and the lady with a constant smile (unfortunately I cannot recall their names). If ever there are promotions these 5 should be the first to be considered.

Nice looking hotel, clean like most places in Kigali, with a beautiful view. The rooms are large and very comfortable with modern furniture and kitchenette. There’s a rooftop restaurant with a wonderful view despite the new apartment building in construction.
