Recommend for easy and non fussy travellers

Typical Travelodge, say no more.

Great location.

Although this Green House Hotel is said to be in London, it takes about 20 minutes to get there, and the environment inside this hotel is very Qingqiu. I arrived at night because it was the Easter holiday and there were many people renting the hotel. Those young people kept the scorching sun in the room and it was very noisy. It can be said that the sound insulation was very poor all night. There were no big problems except that the floor was relatively thin and it was easy to hear the sounds from upstairs and downstairs.

Comfortable, clean and tidy

The staff here are ridiculously friendly, nothing is too much bother for them. Would highly recommend this place. The rooms are always perfectly prepared, it’s the ideal place to come and relax when you’re travelling for work and just need a quiet place to rest for the night.

Room was dirt and smelly very bad, no tower and Katle not working , lots of noise, the lady at reception try to help but she was by her self no parking

Comfortable bed, good sized room, very basic looking outside, better in the rooms. Entrance and lift were a bit shabby, so a little disheartened on arrival. No one on reception and rang contact number at least 5 times - heard phone ringing but no one about. Wasn't sure what to do next, when reception member arrived. Key and entry to room all satisfactory as was room, clean bedding and comfortable bed. Room smelt a little stale but windows opened and it improved. Good sleep. Hence reasonable value for money in central Kingston upon Thames on a Saturday night!

Very clean room and bedding is comfortable. Only stayed for one night but it was nice and quiet despite being in a good busy location in Kingston. Closely located to Kingston train station and the Bentall centre which has some good shops too.

I normally stay at travel lodge I think they are really good … especially with the prices they offer … but the service guys … it can be disastrous… I think they are a good hotel … but there’s a lot of room for improvement

Nice little hotel right in the centre of Kingston close to the train station and shops and restaurants. Rooms clean and tidy. Shower with curtain. Car Park nearby with reasonable prices. Special thanks to the receptionist Irina for being very friendly and helpful.

4 night stay on the top (3rd) floor was quiet & comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful, with extra towels offered on arrival - staff were friendly and helpful and I will return again!

Irina was a fabulous host the best I have had and I stay all over the country in many hotels I would highly recommend and to say once again irina was absolutely fantastic very friendly and helpful 5star the pillows were great and the bed was fantastic

We stayed as a family of 4. The toilet flush was broken, the water didn't drain from the bath and the shower gel was empty. The 2 camp beds were very hard and the last curtain flimsy so a lot of light in. The entrance and hallways smelt of stale cigarette smoke. Overall it was pretty grim. However, the location was good for us and for 4 people for £120 it was OK value. If you don't care much about it being fancy and just need somewhere to sleep after a party or whatever, then it is adequate. It was fairly well cleaned bar the odd hairs stuck to bathroom walls and an unnerving red stain on the carpet.
