There are three additional bedrooms, 1 King Master Bedroom with ensuite, 1 Queen Bedroom and 1 Twin Bedroom with two twin beds. There is also one additional full bathroom on the second floor.\nThe garage features a foosball table. There is a full size laundry equipment in laundry area. No smoking and no pets.\nCumbrian Lakes is an exclusive, gated community less than 7 miles south of Disney World.\nThe community boasts a children's play area, scenic nature walks, jogging trails and four lakes, which provide a hospitable habitat for cranes, ospreys and blue heron.\nBeautiful Landscaping surrounds the home and there is a nature trail around one of the lakes together with a communal children's play area.\nThe community provides a safe, quiet location in which to relax after a busy day at the theme parks. There are numerous shops and restaurants including a twenty-four hour Walmart within a five minute drive on the 192. For golfers, there are at least fifty courses within a forty-five minute drive.
