The place is actually pretty nice and a good price. The staff are not great and some of the rules were not customer centric but over all nice stay!

The facility is very clean, great front desk service. Oscar was a great communicator and very kind and polite. You need more front-desk people to facilitate your 4 oclock check in time, as the line was out the door. Other things to do besides the close themes parks . We enjoyed going to downtown celebration and walking the many trails around lakes and lots of wild life

My stay was nice enough, it was very basic and the rooms were not the cleanest when I arrived. My room had a door going through to someone elses room & it sounded like they were in more room when they were speaking so that wasn’t great. The pools were pretty nice. All in all it was a fine stay.

Overall, our stay was ok, the area was nice and they had a lot of activities in their center (most cancelled due to weather), as well as multiple heated pools (which I didn’t see or use). The room, however, did not seem to be as advertised (on their site and *******) we might not have even received the room we chose but was still fine, had what we needed. The walls were thin and I could hear the neighbors as well as their water, water heater, & jacuzzi jets. The room in itself was pretty clean except the floors and it didn’t help with the constant raining and no floor mat to keep the water and dirt from shoes making it worse.

Has lots to do on the property. Close to stores and on site has mini golf, activity Center, basketball, volleyball,tennis and lots of pools and hot tubes. If you want to use the property across the road it’s very busy and unsafe to cross. Staff were friendly enough. Inside the condos building W 2bedroom is very dated. The room has the basics of what you will need. Cupboards worn and need replacement,water pressure is not good and furniture is wobbly and ready to fall apart. TVs are old and small would be nice if at least the main TV was bigger. Property is well kept and we felt safe.

Accommodations were good, very dated but clean, strange bathroom layout as there was only one washroom and that was off the bedroom so guests had to go in your bedroom to use washroom! Some minor issues with the washer but maintenance responded very quickly. Outside areas were lovely with four pools available. I would stay there again
