Rooms were spacey and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were modern and clean. There were plenty of selection both at breakfast and dinner. Delicious meals. Thermal pool was around 40C, Hamam was very nice and clean. Service was very good and friendly. It is located in the Natural park, inside pine forest. I wish there was a walking path for people, at least around the hotel within its borders. We tried to walk along the road, there were many stray dogs (counted 11), that we had to cut short and went back to the hotel. The indoor swimming pool water temperature was not warm enough. I did not want to go back to pool because of that.

Cam Thermal Hotel Kızılcahamam is a park located in the capital, Ankara, located in a mountainous area. When you exit the hotel on the right, you stroll through the forests and find restaurants, coffee and tea. When you exit the hotel to the north, you can take a walk in the heart of the village. You will find supermarkets, fruits, clothes and restaurants. There is a small museum that you can find. It has how the village was in the past, it has clean swimming pools also with hot water baths to treat many diseases, the beauty of their system is there are private swimming pools for women and private swimming pools for men, excellent service, they have a beautiful restaurant overlooking the forests, I used the breakfast and dinner buffet full and all foods Delicious, they have a free tea drinking service, the rooms are beautiful and clean, but I suggest increasing the lighting in the rooms, I thank the hotel management for the wonderful hospitality to us. True 5 star thermal hotel that is amongst nature. We had a pleasant stay here with family and the whole experience was just terrific. Rooms a very clean, spacious and have all the amenities you require. Breakfast had a huge selection to choose from and fresh ingredients were used by experienced chefs. The location is excellent and all within a natural pine tree setting and the town centre (Kizilcahamam) is within walking distance. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone.

5 yaşındaki oğlum ve eşim ile beraber iki günlüğüne gittik. Çalışanların hiçbiri maske takmıyor ve pandemi koşulları umrunda değil. Umarım buradan hastalık kapmamışızdır. Otel tıklım tıklım dolu, yemekleri berbattı. Hiçbirşey yiyemedik. Konumu ve havası çok güzel ama beş yıldızlı otel demek için çok fırın ekmek yemeleri lazım. Otelin geneli soğuk çocuklar havuzdan çıkınca üşütebilir, havuz suyu çok soğuk. Odaları iyi ama temizlik için aynı şeyi söyleyemiceğim. Çocuk alanını da oldukça soğuk ve pis. Kimse maske takmıyor. There was a strange cigarette smell in the room upon first arrival and it did not go away even though we ventilated it. Cleanliness was good for the price. Food was average. The staff appeared to be forced to work. The faces are sullen and unhappy. The location is very nice and the live music in the evening was very enjoyable.

This is our 5th visit. Everything is great. Everyone is very friendly, understanding and trying to ensure satisfaction. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, the open buffet is very rich, the room service is amazing, the spa, the thermal bath, the pool, everything was very nice, we especially thank Ms. Özum, who took care of us closely.

I'm at the hotel right now, the staff works perfectly. The hotel is very clean. But you definitely stay hungry. There is breakfast and dinner, breakfast is mediocre. My wife and I went for our first stay, we did not use the pool or SPA, we rented a private family room and stayed at the hotel for one night. I didn't like it very much, but we wanted to come to a hotel we knew with our children before New Year's Eve. We made a reservation at the hotel. So far everything was normal. The reason I chose it was the children's animation and the pools, which I thought would be warm. However, there was neither animation nor the pool temperature was sufficient. They received so many reservations for their evening entertainment programs that everyone stood and waited. Even though we were hotel guests, we did not have a table in our name. When you want to enter with a child, you are greeted with comments like 'Leave the children alone'. 'What will I do child? ' and they say 'Leave it to the clown'. Our child left the clown friend on his own. If we had not waited and seen him, the child could have gotten lost. Likewise, in the playground, children can go out on their own and their play sisters never intervene. On the first day, we sat at a familiar table. On the second day, we reserved our table in the morning and stated that we did not want to have any problems. It was said, 'Your place will definitely be arranged.' We were called during the day and told that we were leaving. However, we made a reservation to stay for two nights and three days. We went down to the reception and explained the situation. Turns out our room was sold to someone else. We didn't have a seat in the evening's program again and we sat at our friends' table. Instead of apologizing, they tried to go above and beyond. Cleaning was very poor. The food was okay, but when we went to buy tea, we found butts on the tea table at the tea table next to the market in the lobby. We waited over an hour for two burgers and two soups. Our soup arrived ice cold. As you can see, it was a tense holiday for us. I will never go again. They were very mediocre and you cannot find an experienced interlocutor. All those doing their job are amateurs. We will complain to the competent authorities about this situation.

On 27.12.2023, we set out to stay at Çam thermal resort hotel in Ankara Kızılcahamam, with the information from the internet and friends that it was one of the best hotels in that location. However, the incident we experienced as a result of great negligence in this hotel has deeply affected us and our family both materially and spiritually. After dinner at the hotel where we checked in that day, we went down to the live music at Çamzade restaurant. We ordered coffee and sahlep. After the order came to our table, our 2-year-old daughter Leyla Yeni wanted to drink the water brought with her coffee. I gave the water to Leyla to drink. Afterwards, Leyla stopped breathing, her eyes opened and she started to gag. We tasted the water to understand what it was and realized that it was bleach. At that moment, I gave first aid, but there was no healthcare worker etc. in the 5-star hotel. We were not helped because there was no help. First, we were sent by ambulance to Kızılcahamam state hospital and then to Ankara Etlik city hospital with suspicion of life-threatening conditions. After our trea**ent was completed here, we returned home to Istanbul. During this period, the psychology of our daughter Leyla and us as a family was very negatively affected. We know that the footage of the incident was taken by the police station. We filed a complaint to ensure that the incident is thoroughly investigated and the necessary penalties are taken. I hope the necessary actions are taken in time to prevent other customers from encountering similar incidents.

5 yıldız standartından çok uzak bir hotel . Çocuklar için oyun alanı yok denecek kadar az ve küçük. Yemekler inanın çok kötü , okul veya fabrika yemekhaneleri kalite ve lezzet bakımından yarışır . kahvaltıda kahve bulamazsınız , meyve suyu bile 120 lira, evet 5 yıldızlı otelde meyve suyu ve kahve fahis fiyatlarla ücretli. Hijyen konusunda sıkıntılar var

ilk giriş anından itibaren personel güler yüzlü ve nazikti bu çok hoşumuza gitti. Oda temiliği güzel yemekler lezzetliydi. Konumu doğa içerisinde ve güzel bir otel herkese tavsiye ederim. çam otele teşekkür ederiz...
