Everything was great. I'd be happy to come back.

I had a room in the new wing (new building), but it faced the street - unfortunately a negative point! There are no major complaints and I felt comfortable - due to the location, I probably wouldn't book again - it's just too noisy with the street.

Very nice hotel. Our room was renovated and very comfortably furnished. It was very clean, but the bathroom could be a bit bigger. The beds are super comfortable. It takes 10 minutes to walk into town, the hotel is right on the river with walking paths. The breakfast room is very stylishly furnished, you feel like you are in a café. Breakfast was very good and there was enough choice even for vegans. On the terrace you have a great view of the river, assuming the weather plays along. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome. Really recommendable.

Wonderfully pleasant people in the service, very nice rooms, parking available and finally a nice breakfast selection. The location is perfectly adequate for the city center so that everything can be reached on foot. Yes, the rooms facing the street are a bit noisier if the window is open. But we are in the city and not on a deserted island. Otherwise, just keep the windows closed. The parking was free, as was the coffee, first class, thank you very much!

The hotel completely won us over. The rooms are beautifully and modernly furnished (they were probably recently renovated). The staff are super friendly and helpful. What we liked best was the incredibly delicious breakfast with a view of the bridge and the river. (I have rarely seen such a large selection of vegan things in a hotel) We were in the city center in just 15 minutes, there is a Kaufland right on the street from the hotel. The hotel is right on the river, and it takes a whole 20 seconds to get to the bike path :D We didn't even have to pay anything for the hotel parking (we're not used to that in hotels) The rooms were so beautifully and modernly furnished. The beds were so comfortable that we could have stayed in bed all day. The best hotel breakfast I've ever had. My girlfriend thought it was great that all the vegetarian and vegan things were signposted.

We spent two nights here and were completely satisfied. From check-in to breakfast, everything was to our satisfaction. Some "star hotels" could learn a thing or two from the breakfast buffet. The staff were also super friendly and accommodating and nothing was left to be desired. The great terrace with a view over the Moselle invites you to linger and a glass of wine tastes twice as good with this magnificent view! We will definitely be back!

We were in Trier for two days and stayed here. The staff at reception and in the breakfast room were very friendly. There are enough parking spaces. We had booked a basic double room with a view of the Moselle. This part of the hotel has not yet been renovated. The carpet in the hallway is already very worn. The room was OK, but you can clearly see that not much has been done here. The rooms are thin-walled. The bed was great. The room was clean. We were out and about a lot during the day and were actually only here to sleep. So it was OK. The basic room is not shown directly on the homepage, only when you check availability. Here the room should already be shown in the first overview. Tip: Due to rising energy prices, at least the windows should be sealed. Also from a sustainability perspective ;-). We looked at the part with the renovated rooms. Here the rooms look like they do on the homepage. If you value this, please pay attention to it when booking. The hotel should also get a new coat of paint on the outside. The inner courtyard is nicely decorated with three tables and olive trees. But there could still be some improvement here. The breakfast was sufficient. We had breakfast later. There was still enough of everything except eggs. When we asked, we were immediately given an egg. We don't think that all of the products on offer are really regional. Plastic bottles for juice and water are not sustainable, even if you pour them into glass bottles. You can see the plastic bottles when you look into the kitchen. But that didn't affect the taste. But when you make promises about regional and sustainability, you should also implement them consistently. The hotel advertises that it pays attention to sustainability. Actually, coffee-to-go cups don't fit in the breakfast room. Overall, we had a good time in Trier. If we were to visit again, we would book a renovated room. But our room price was also lower.
