The owner is a crook wanted me to pay him numerous times I had a check that cleared through the bank, and I have proof. Cops came because owner wrote no parking on the side of a truck with black permanent marker. Bad person.

Gave us a room key to a room that was already occupied. Went back to the front desk to exchange for another room to find the person who checked us in left for a while and they could not help us. Later got a replacement room. We left our stuff in a room to come back and find someone came in and removed our belongings and we had to track them down. Don't plan to stay there again.

We stayed there Saturday night, paid for a king size bed. The room we got was 2 full size beds. The lamps in the room didn’t work. The rooms 💯 need to be updated for the price we paid. The emergency door that is in the hallway that leads to the outside was unlock the whole time. The beds were so small that two people can’t sleep in the same bed.

The room just needed up dating and the air conditioner didn’t work very well! Didn’t cool room down! Very friendly staff from cleaning lady and manager:)

To be honest we never stayed the night, there was to much hair in the bed. We aren’t complainers, but that is gross!

Cheap and there was breakfast but staff a bit off, walls thin and loud noise of race track.

Pro's - There is a bed, a/c, and a shower. If you want more then that, look else where. Con's - No sheets on the bed, uncomfortable mattress, stained furniture/floors, towels with holes in them, no coffee maker/refrigerator/hair dryer. Owner seems to be grumpy and not easily understood. Location is close to track and restaurants.

This is my 2nd time staying here during a race weekend and I'm glad I chose to stay here again. The rooms are clean, refrigerator works great, within walking distance to the track. The man that runs the place is awesome, he even remembered my daughter and I from when we were here a year ago. Definantly recommend staying here if you're attending the races.

This is a locally owned family run business. It is not a chain. So i knew that and had appropriate expectations when I arrived. The staff was kind and walked us to our room. The carpet was new and the bed was comfy. The water pressure was great. We stayed here to go to the races. It was great for our trip.
