Didn’t go to the hotel but it looks decent I had some problems and i couldn’t attend

The lady at check-in complained the entire time about us using a third party booking source instead of focusing on just checking us in. I had to call said third party customer service upon check-in to have them send over confirmation of payment. Overall just inconvenient experience.

if you like to stay out late and sleep in, beware housekeeping is very loud and you will get woke up around 9am due to banging, stomping, and slamming doors

For exterior noise, this is the loudest hotel in which I have ever stayed. The associates with whom I came into contact were kind and accommodating, though the room was small, uncomfortable, and noisy.

When checkingvin the desk host called to mske sure the room she was giving us was 'ready'. She was advised, that it was. We travel with food in a cooler, when opening the fridge, there was food left in it. I did advise the desk. Also, when traveling, we will not choose Tru agsin, there is no coffee pot in te room, and no microwave. These are an error on my part, i just assumed all hotels were equipped with these items. We carry food to heat at night, so we dont have to go out once we stop.

The hotel is very pretty, safe, and the front desk staff were extremely friendly. There was a soda lid on the floor and a dirty handprint on the bathroom door so i did question the cleanliness

I continually stay at this property when I am in town for business. Its very convenient and I always feel safe there.

The room was tiny without a coffee maker. The beds are uncomfortable. The floors are cold af The first v channels do not tell you what’s on tv, even the information screen says “ no information “ They charge me an extra 25.00 for something. I don’t even know what that was for. The room was way more expensive than it should’ve been because it definitely isn’t anything special

Bathroom shower was in bad condition, limited breakfast, no fruits or pancakes

I think I will pay the extra $10 for aloft hotels next time. Shower was small, bed was uncomfortable, it never got cold, tv channels were horrible, walls are very thin.
