まず最初に、投稿されている一部の写真は古い写真が混じっているので、今のホテル外観・内装と違う事を記述しておきます。 … 良いところ： ・甲府駅すぐそばのホテルで最上階には大浴場（温泉）があるので良いと思います。 ・部屋の内装も部屋の入口と客室間に扉があるので廊下の音も聞こえず静かに過ごせます。 ・エレベータ乗車時や大浴場にはいるときには部屋のカードキーが必要なのでセキュリティも良いと思います。 今一歩な所： ・専用駐車場がない。提携駐車場もすぐ近くにありますが敷地が狭いことや旧式の立体駐車場なのでミニバンや3ナンバー車などの大きな車は困難さがあります。 ・朝食会場が狭いせいか、定員を超えた場合新規予約さえ出来ない。 ・大浴場も正直広くない。更衣室も3-4人同時に着替えるのが限度。 ・Wベットの部屋はベッドが大きすぎて、窓を開けることや椅子に座ってゆっくりすることに支障がある。 車で訪問しましたが、ホテル自体は落ち着いて過ごすことが出来ますが、正直、部屋も大浴場も小さい感じ。次回はどうしようかなぁ…と思う感じです。

立地は甲府駅すぐで甲府城もホテルから歩いてすぐのまさに好立地でした。 施設は新しさ漂うきれいさで、清潔感もあってすてきでした。 露天風呂から見える景色はおおわれているので上からみる形になりますが、ゆったりとした雰囲気を感じさせてくれて、その日の私には忘れられない癒しをくれた空間でした。 アメニティーも充実していたので助かりました！ 今回は20時くらいに東京でご飯中、今旅行したい！という気分から勢いで予約させていただいたという流れです。諸々用意をして終電の新宿では、電車が遅延するというアクシデント、、。 ホテルに着いたのは1時頃だったように思いますが、露天風呂にもギリギリで入らせてくださり、優しさもいただいた接客でした。 絶対もう一回行きたい、私にとって思い出のホテルです。

まだオープンして1年ということでホテルも綺麗で使いやすいと思います。甲府駅のすぐそばで、隣はヨドバシカメラがあります。飲食店も週辺に多いので立地も申し分なし。 最上階には温泉があります。露天風呂は甲府市内を一望できます。ただ、掃除が全然行き届いてなくて、お湯を循環させるのをケチってるようでお湯は、垢や大量に虫の死骸が浮いていました。露天風呂浴槽の縁周辺も虫の死骸がいっぱい乗っていました。ちゃんと掃除して欲しいです。これじゃコロナ対策もちゃんとしてないと感じました。 せっかくの新築ホテルなのに残念です。

新しくてきれい。朝ごはん美味しいです。山梨のお米、お味噌、毎回フルーツも美味しい。食べ過ぎます。部屋もお風呂も広くないですが毎回の仕事で来てるので許容範囲。高層階希望と言わなかったからか、今回は初めて3階。窓開けづらくて残念。
