The building is very old and the door of the room is not automatically locked, so it needs to be locked every time.
Many people come as couples. Although it is hard to say, some people use it as a fashionable hotel.
The quality of the hot spring is very good, the temperature is too hot, it is easy to soak in the hot spring.

もう何回もお世話になっています。最高のホテルです。甲府に行った時は必ずここのホテルを゙予約します。惡いホテルだと思った人はもう行かなくても良いと思う。私はこれからもお世話になります。ただあまりにも良い温泉なので地元の方が入りにいらっしゃるのですが時間によっては混みますね。宿泊者と日帰り入浴の時間を゙もう少しずらして頂けると嬉しいです。朝ご飯もバイキングでこんなに色々食べれるんだといつも感心しています。

支払いにクレジットカードを使用したのですが端末の調子が悪いというこで2回やり直ししたら後日 クレジットカード会社の支払通知確認した所2重請求されていて 即 ホテル側に連絡入れたところ 1つはキャンセルされてるの一点張り すったもんだあり結局 やはりホテル側がキャンセル扱いされてなくホテル電話したりクレジット会社電話入れたりでとても手間がかかり嫌な思いさせられました 皆様もお気を付けください。必ず確認したほうがいいです。クレジットカード長らく使っていますが初めてです もう宿泊な無いです

ちょっと古いですが、泉質が良くスタッフも親切で良かった。エレベーター前の地元案内パンフレットで夕食とハイジの村無料入場券を使い、サービスを受けてとても良かった。

何度かのリピーターです。 コロナ禍の際にもお世話になりました。 その頃と比べれば朝食もかなり自由になりました。ここである程度お腹いっぱいにして気分よく出発し、1日用事をこなしてるので助かります。 お部屋も色んなタイプで宿泊しましたが、ツインの部屋は広くて良かったですがシングルはちょっと狭いかな？なので今回ダブルベッドルームに泊まったら 部屋は狭いですがベッドが広くて快適でした。 とにかくお風呂はとてもいいです。色々市内の宿泊施設に泊まってますがここはお風呂だけでもゆっくり滞在したいと思うホテルです。

もう何回お世話になったか。ヘビーリピーターです。ホテル自体は古いですがお風呂は良いです。かけ流しでサウナもありますからね。更に朝ごはんバイキングまであってコスパ最高です。寝坊してちょっと遅くなってしまったんですがゆっくり食べて下さいとお店の方にも声掛けて頂いて慌てず食べる事が出来ました。嬉しかったです。宿泊者以外の方がお風呂に結構来るので時間ずらした方が良いです。それだけお風呂が良いんでしょうね。あと1階の甲斐路レストランで夕食したんですがカレーほうとう美味しかったです。

子供が部活の為行けるかどうか分からないので和洋室を予約しました。2人で予約して子供が行けるようになったので一人増やしましたがほぼ値段が変わらないのでありがたいです。お風呂は古い感じですが普通に入れますし気になりません。夜ご飯はホテルで昔食べて美味しかったアジフライを食べました。自分は美味しかったです。普通の冷凍フライらしいのですが。朝ごはんもおいしく頂きました。無料であれだけ食べれたら文句なしです。
