The Humble Villas

This place is a little piece of paradise. Away from the hustle and bustle and is quiet and calm. The beach is a few steps away. Although it’s not a swimming or tanning beach, you can make the most of your time there. I found a quiet spot on the beach and still enjoyed every second of it. The staff were all so friendly and go out of their way to help you and meet your needs. The breakfast was lovely! A variety of choices, that fill you up for the day of adventure ahead. The villa itself is large and spacious. The pool is just enough to cool off after a hot time on the beach. I will definitely be back when I’m in Samui again!

The staff amazing helpful super nice friendly made the stay and my honeymoon wonderful I can’t say enough good things about the place pools were clean breakfast was great with good options server was a nice gentleman that was always trying to help us plan our day a little bonus, all the staff was really good at speaking English!

LOVE this peaceful hideout villa so much. Great room and pool, many complimentary snacks and drinks. and a perfect beach for a nice walk. Everyone work here is very friendly and helpful. enjoyed the stay!

Clean rooms with extremely hospitable staff. Great view of the sea. The beach is too shallow and not suitable for swimming but the private villa pool more than make up for it. Place is quiet and away from the hussle of Chaweng or Lamai beach. Prepare to get a motorbike to get around.

What to say about this place? The hospitality first and foremost. Khun Thammanat. Such an amazing host. Always smiling, polite and just a great person to get to know. Khun Oh. With her delicious breakfast and bubbly happy smile always got our day started the right way. It was because of these lovely people we felt more, like we guests in someone’s home than staying at a villa. The property & the location. Clean, minimalist and private. This is first time we stayed on the west side of Samui. We will be visiting again. A lot more laidback vibe, small local places to check out for drinks and food. And the sunsets! Dream like. This is Thailand at its best. Once again. Thank you so much Khun Thammanat, Khun Oh and the amazing team at The Humble Villas.

This is on the West side which is more of the vibe we wanted for our trip. Chaweng is on the other side of the island and is where the "action" and partying would be but that is not what we were going for. It is walking distance to several restaurants. Beach 59 Cafe we went almost everyday. This is more the local less touristy vibe on the West side. We rented a bike to take into town where we got massages, ate, went to the night market, got homemade coconut ice cream, shopping. The Villas helped us book a bike. If you want to rent, I recommend going that route so that it is trusted and you do not get scammed. It is a 3000 baht deposit which you get back upon return and 300 baht per day to rent. The place is beautiful, right on the ocean. The Beach is for walking not one you really lay on. The tide does go down so you can walk pretty far out into the ocean. The resort is clean and nice. The workers are all very friendly. The included breakfast is very good and cooked fresh to order. The only suggestion is to put pool chairs you can lay down so you can lay out and get sun. The chairs are regular sitting chairs. Also beware the shower does flood the bathroom floor but there is a drain and it does go down. That doesn't detract from the lovely place. I am extremely picky and I would stay here again ! We loved the low key, quiet vibe. We felt safe and comfortable. Free water, snacks and soft drinks daily. If you are looking for a low key upscale private feel, this is a must stay! You will not be disappointed. We also booked a ride to take us to the airport for 700 baht. You can view the beautiful sunset from the Villa.
