Very good and friendly…

Only had a night here as had an early flight the next morning but would definitely come back for a longer stay. Lovely room on the first floor at the back with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors so a great view to the beach. Very comfortable bed and a good shower. Used the shuttle service to the airport which was super punctual. Would highly recommend

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The first day we rented a bike from the hotel. In the night we found out the light was broken. The woman told us it was our own fault and maybe we had an accident during the day. We didn’t but just didn’t check the light when we got the bike. They didn’t wanne give us the money for renting back but we had to take a cap to town in stead of the bike we rent. On the end we got 1/3 of the money back. 2 nights later I got sick from pregnancy and puked. We cleaned everything and put even the towel in a bucket of water so it could wait for the washing machine. In the morning I went directly to the staff to tell about my sickness and the towel. When we where leaving they did a room check up and let us pay for the towel almost 20 euro. They said they could not get it clean anymore and a new one was this expensive. Even in Europe we don’t pay that for towels. They didn’t even ask how I was doing or showed some respect for the sickness. Never will go there!

This is a basic budget hotel - I paid extra for the ocean view, and was glad I did - ask for a room furthest to the back if you don’t want loud street noise all night long! Wish the small pool was open to all (and not just the single premium room). Nice to be able to step directly onto the beach from the hotel!

Clean large room friendly owners local to everything restaurant, bars 7/11 etc. I had the room on the street and had a bit of traffic noise but not too bad. For the price excellent

It was a great location - about 30 minute walk to the main pier, 2 minute to a 7/11 and right out on the beach. The property was nice, kayaks and stand up paddle boards available- the staff were very nice and helpful. The only downfall was the walls were very thin, you could hear the alarms and conversations of other people in different rooms.

Appeared to be a fairly old property however my double/seaview room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Everything worked fine though for the most part. The TV only had 1 channel in Thai. The bed had clean fresh linen and was comfortable for sleep. Power points both sides of the bed. I was not able to get the rain shower to work but got by with the standard hose rose. Good water pressure and hot water. The manager was friendly and helpful.

The shore, Samui. We were assaulted and kicked out by the the owner who goes by the name of Mike. Let me first explain how it all started: We had a reservation from 13-17. However ,because of the long distance travel, and very limited ferry’s operational hours, we couldn’t get there until the 14th. Once we get there, he fraudulently canceled our reservation in order not to pay any commission fees to the ***********. Later, we realized he had cancelled our reservation so we couldn’t write a bad review too! We paid him for two days in cash, and I even paid 300 baht more on top of that for the inconvenience which he gladly accepted. The problem started when my car’s tire accidentally hit their flower vase and broke it. Before they said anything, we had already offered to pay for it which we did. However, right after that, he suddenly went crazy on me and my wife and started shouting at us and pushing us, and told us to get out. We asked for a refund for one day as they were the ones kicking us out! They refused. We had to get the police involved and through their assistance, almost two hours later, we got our money back. By then, it was midnight, and like homeless, we had to look for a place to stay, Our vacation was ruined completely. We were humiliated, and it was a very unpleasant experience after all. I would not even recommend this place to my enemy! There is no pool by the way as he falsely advertises on other platforms. Only one private pool which only one room can use it! The balconies are right next to the stairs, so people go up and down, they can stare right into your room, no privacy! Avoid void! To be honest, even one rating is one too many for this place!
