Samui Verticolor

We spent a comfortable 4 days here. Breakfast buffet was good but little variation. Rooms a nice size. WiFi was erratic but be patient. A smallish gym but good for a workout. Nice large pool but water gets too warm. The road towards the beach is grubby but only 10 minutes walk. Many bars, restaurants, shops nearby. A 24-hour supermarket across the road at the back. Good value hotel.

The staff was very attentive especially the house keeping lady that helped us cleaning the room as we got checked into a room that wasn’t ready. We open the curtains and there were dead mouse so we called the cleaning lady back and she kindly helped us dispose it. She’s very kind. We didn’t have any complaints and all staff were helpful. The hotel looks new and bed were very big and comfortable.

I stayed her for 2 nights after a fiasco with another hotel and It was a breath of fresh air. The location is great, there are shops, message parlor, food, other extra curriculars near by and its walking distance to Chaweng (it's a bit of a walk but can be done). The staff was thorough and very helpful, I also received a free room upgrade to the family suite which was really nice and spacious... Then I saw a lizard in the curtains next to a small hole in the wall under the window. The windows were closed upon my arrival so I figured It came in through there. With that The room was big and clean though thee shower was slightly clogged. The lighting in the restroom is quite dim and the sink fixture(faucet) is disproportionate to the sink itself. Nothing major but that really bothered me. I would have appreciated white towels as well. The cleaners replaced my linens but It was a bit of a struggle to get her to do It. The breakfast wasn't bad but It wasn't good either. The fried noodles, fruit, and juices were good. All was well until I came to my room to grab my bags to check out and a long bright green snake slithered from under my used towels. I wasn't too frightened because I figured you can't be too far from critters being that it's a tropical island. The snake may have come from the toilet or the hole in the wall that I mentioned earlier. There were some good things and places that need improvement but I felt welcomed to a clean space, I would recommend this hotel if you're spending a lot of time outside and need a place to lay your head. I wasn't able to make It to the pool but It looked nice and there's a bar at the pool.

5 night stay. When we checked in we were given a room with air con that did not work. We complained and were given another room on the 5th floor. The room was spacious and had a great seat in the window with a pleasant view, sea and mountains in the distance. The wi-fi was so weak that we could not connect to it. The hotel is generally well cleaned. The breakfast was ok. Most of the staff were good. The pool is good. Customers were smoking in non smoking area outside the lobby without be asked to stop. Location is good, set back from Chaweng Beach Road, with a small road and convenience store behind, so not too noisy. 10 - 15 minute walk to Chaweng beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The car park filled up every night, mainly with tour vans, I always managed to find a space for our car.

I think for the money I paid it was not bad at all. Breakfast was not that great but not too bad. The staff were nice. The location is in the middle of the city and its close to everything. I didn’t use the pool so no comments on that. The room was ok. Bathroom amenities were nice. Everything was just right. There’s a gym you can use though not many equipment.

The best hotel ever We booked only 2 Nights and then we prolong our stay 4 Nights moore because it was Great . The hotel is in good location ,very quiet but everething you need is near, shop, restaurant and beach We reccomend it

Good pool and gym .. next to cheap food and supermarket .. also have a boba tea shop just below ground floor

Can’t really fault the hotel. It had a gym, pool, and offered food. Location was pretty good, 10 minute walk to the beach. Had parking for bikes. Rooms big and spacious, with good air con. My only negative is the gym’s aircon unit was set at 24c (and can’t be changed), and this was way too warm to workout in. Please lower this and make it cooler!!

Everything is fine, except there is a bird net somewhere near my room; I can hear birds, including little ones, singing all day. 🤣
