The beach front restaurant for breakfast is fabulous though not much difference everyday but their coffee was good. I don’t understand why we needed to take the breakfast coupon every single day in the morning from the Reception counter each day and required to pass the coupons to the restaurant separately. It brought us inconvenience as we travelled as a group and the woke up time was different. Many ants in our room and we had to change room for our first night due to the ant nest built in the shower. Also, the laundry service was a bit messy where we lost our clothes but got someone’s clothes instead. Every night there was pool party next door and noisy beyond midnight. Not an ideal place to stay if you have early morning diving.

Overall, the resort felt good. There were quite a few mosquitoes on the island, but the ecosystem was thriving with little squirrels around.

Overall a decent hotel. Nice pool area, very close to the sea side, located on the busy street with everything you need. The place is a bit dated, but so are the other places on the island.

Lots of mixed reviews about this place. From bed bugs, to rude staff. We didn’t experience either bed bugs or rude staff but the hotel was a bit run down. The staff were quite friendly, loved our kids and their amazement at coconuts being everywhere. Breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming but it got the job done. It wasn’t great fit vegetarians. The rooms were fine, a villa had 2 separate rooms so had privacy but was a bit inconvenient at times but it worked. We didn’t have bed bugs and we didn’t have geckos running in our room like other reviews. We probably wouldn’t stay here again but it was a good location and we got to go out best dive Center - La Bombona so that was a plus. Nice beach views and pool

The hotel has a great location in the center of Sairee Promenade. However, the rooms are quite old and need renovation.

I stayed in one of the dorms. The room itself was okay, but nothing special. The property itself is a bit dated and could use some minor repairs here and there. All in all, though, the facility is acceptable. I'd stay here again if I had to.

After arriving on the island, there's a free shuttle. Just look for the one with the Seashell sign. The hotel is quite large, with its own beach restaurant and bar. The room was spacious and very clean, but it seemed like there was no hot water for showering. It wasn't an issue during the day, but showering after the bar at night was a bit cold. I couldn't find a toothbrush in the room, but there was a hairdryer.
