Nice hotel and service, staff is very helpful, reception person shubham is nice staff, he gave me room key 12 am night within 05 minutes waiting, hotel room clean and nit, 24 hours hot water, breakfast also delicious

Billing issue gst bill struggling to get. Hotel not giving. Make my trip takes requests but no solution. Poor customer experience because of booking through make my trip.

Location, food are good. But the reception is not that professional, they are rude and they don't know how to answer customers.

Communication was poor.We booked this place as it had a pool, not many hotels in this area had a pool. We arrived the pool was empty and the area was being drilled up.
We were not informed about this before arrival.Because of this there was no outside Area to sit, they had a garden but no chairs and was offered to sit on terrace which we did and got covered in concrete from the drilling.
We booked 7 day's but because of this we left after 3 days.
Now im fighting to get a full fefund for the 4 days we were not there.At this time they have only refunded me for 2 days.
So after ruining our holiday i have arrived home to start a battle to get the remander of my refund.

I had booked and paid for 2 rooms but voucher received was for one room only. It was a non refundable booking. I immediately cancel-led it but mm t is still trying to resolve it. My entire program was messed up and i had to cancel it. Horrible experience. I will never book with mm t in future.
