Breakfast is delicious, the room is comfortable, the front desk service is very good

We had a superior room which had a lot of room so this review is based on this. I am not sure how the other rooms stack up against this. Scandic Falkoner is in a quieter part of the city but is very easy to get to by the Metro. The yellow, red and green line all run through Frederiksberg so that makes it super easy to go in and out of the city. It is probably a 5 minute metro ride. You can also pick the metro up from the airport and go straight to Frederksberg. The buffet breakfast is included in the price and was superb. There was hot and cold and a lot of variety. The hotel is approx 150m walk from a large shopping centre which has a large grocery store inside. There is also a 7-11 on the corner which has sandwiches, drinks, snacks & hot food. There is a McDonalds and a variety of nice little cafes over the road too. The ground level is quite dark and does take you back a bit when you walk in but you get used to it and the vibe it portrays. There is no closet but there is hangers and a rack to hang clothes. There is quite a few hooks on the wall and in the bathroom along with a hotel hairdryer. There is a safe and a fridge as well. The beds were super comfy and soft. The air conditioning wasn't super cold but it did keep us comfortable on the hot days. If you want your room serviced you will need to book it in with reception the day before. I did ask for the staff to fix something in our room and that never happened so I was a little disappointed about this.

Stayed here during a quick business trip in town. The hotel is fairly basic with self checkin on arrival via a computer station. Breakfast was charged extra at checkin. There is free parking. The hotel is clean and rooms are OK. Breakfast offers basic food items, eggs and bread along with various coffee options. There is a park area with walking trails next to the hotel. Would use again if in town again.

I loved the hotel! I chose it because I wanted to have a nice view of the sea, but everywhere around was under construction 🤣. Isn't next to the center but is easy to go everywhere from there, the only thing missing is restaurants near, the selection at the hotel is quite limited for dinner. The breakfast is actually good and loved the space in the room with the heated floor in the bathroom. Everything is nice and comfortable and the staff is really nice and helpful. I would love to stay there again, once all the construction around is done 😆😁

Hotel room is a bit small, but very clean. Hotel was very nice and helpful. Also open 24 hours. The breakfast was also good, if you’re in a rush and will be cheaper than anything you find in the city. Only one train stop from the main train station in Copenhagen. Takes 15 minutes from the hotel door to get to the city.

This hotel is my favorite during my Nordic trip. The room is large, and the bathroom has a washing machine and dryer, as well as geothermal heat. The swimming pool is also my favorite place to bring my children out! We have them in Copenhagen, Denmark, and we also have them in Hamburg, Germany. We will always choose this hotel chain! highly recommended

This hotel is mainly for business meetings. There are several conference rooms. After 10 pm, there will be people who drink a lot in the corridor. The room is very poorly soundproofed. I was awakened 3 times at night after 9 o'clock. I ordered a rib for dinner, which was more general.

Western breakfast, rich in variety and delicious. The location is a little far from the city, but the environment is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is a bit small. There are a lot of parking spaces in the parking lot, and the price is reasonable and cost-effective.

We stayed in the Transit Room at Living Suites for 4 nights in mid-September. Living Suites is a 5-min walk from the Naerum St bus stop. One can use the 150S bus from Norreport St and is a 40-min ride. It is an hour's ride to both Hillerod (Frederiksborg Castle) and Helsingor (Kronborg Slot). The Transit Room is in the Basement of the Hotel and is spacious. The sofa bed was firm and comfortable. However, the pillows were a little soft for our liking. The kitchen is well equipped. We did not cook in our room rather used the common kitchen. The common kitchen is very spacious and multiple people can cook simultaneously. The shower cabinet inside the room was fine and had enough space. The private toilet (right most one with the lock) outside the room was clean. The towels provided were very nice. We did not use the TV as we were very tired at the end of the day. Both check-in and check-out were both easy. Meny supermarket was 5-min walk from the Hotel. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend this to others as well.
