衞生很差，大床房沒有給的標間，標間一張床還是臟的，以前經常去，以後再也不會去了，總之很後悔去了這個酒店

酒店前台接待禮貌熱情，房間也比較舒服，我比較認床，但這裏的床墊很舒服，衞生也不錯，從去年住過，每次回庫爾勒都選這家酒店。

晚上起夜廁所滿地的蟲子，攜程客服態度很好説給退房費，但是早上酒店退房的時候還是收了我房費不讓走，中午和經理協商無果，特來評價。酒店處理結果，不處理，不聯繫，下午給經理打電話直接關機，差評！

房間有地暖和空調，非常暖和。
空間也挺大，一個人足夠。
但是洗手間天花板，全部發黴，且有掉下來的趨勢。浴室漏水，整個將馬桶淹了…房間有各種小蟲子，害怕的滲入。以及隔音差，凌晨兩點還能聽到樓上和隔壁房間的動靜。
整體來説性價比還可以，要是牆體無黴，房間無蟲就更好了。

但是網上預訂房間標註面積30平，實際進門感受很侷促，房間332，約不足20平。相差懸殊。當即跟酒店核實，酒店稱房間就是30平。門口地板擋條地磚完全脱落活動，踩到差點絆倒，預訂需謹慎。

酒店位置很好，周邊購物吃飯很方便。設施齊全都是新的，衞生很乾凈，冷熱很大洗漱超爽。除了其它酒店該有的還有小袋洗衣粉有家的感覺。前台服務人員很熱情，我們下午5:40到酒店我訂的房間還沒有收拾好，但服務員給我免費升級房間了。總之不錯的酒店我也朋友推薦了。👍👍👍
