This hotel is lovely,it's the service and food that lets it down.Staff sit down and have their lunch in the middle of lunch service.You can't get a drink at lunch time as you can't find anyone to serve you .When it's run out that's it,but the most annoying part is the restaurant food is delicious so why can't the buffet food be similar!!!We won't stay here again but will definitely be going to the restaurant

We stayed here for 10 nights in July courtesy of Jet2. Hotel is clean, staff are pleasant and food was decent. However you share this hotel with a German travel company who clearly get priority to everything. The pool doesn’t have anywhere near enough sun beds for the amount of rooms in the complex (even the rep complained about this!) We never got to use the pool once as it was so busy therefore had to spend €12 euros per day at the beach for beds down there. So please consider this when thinking about how much spending money to take x

Recently visited for 10 days and had a great holiday. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They were able to support in booking us a taxi which was very helpful as they are hard to book yourself. They also can store luggage which was really helpful for us as we had a late flight back. There are public toilets and showers which you can use to get the most out of your last day if you have a late flight like us! Nice modern and good sized rooms. Lovely bathroom. Free air con, wifi and use of a safe. Rooms were cleaned everyday and towels and sheets changed often. There is a balcony or terrace for each room. Nice sized balcony but as our room was looking out onto the street it was not very private and also smelt of smoke due to the fumes from the wood oven in the kitchen. However we did not really need to use our balcony much. Nice pool area, good size pool for the size of the hotel. The hotel has pool towels you can use which is helpful. The pool is all one level of deepest, with one children’s pool area. However not many sunbeds so they would usually all be gone by 10am. There is a sign to say that sunbeds cannot be reserved but people would still reserve them anyway. Lovely cocktails and bar by the pool which also had ice cream and some snacks. The food was hit and miss. When it was good it was very nice. As a vegetarian there was not much options, there was a salad bar and pasta available everyday and occasionally some cooked vegetables and pizza. Only a few options changed each day so the food can become quite repetitive and so we did eat out some days. Traditional Greek cuisine was very nice for my partner who is a meat eater. For breakfast there is no toaster which would have been nice to have. There is also no soft drinks and coffee machine in the buffet area and you have to get your drinks from the bar which opens at 10am so this was not always convenient. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Bus stop right outside which has busses to Kos town. Right next to a mini supermarket which was great for snacks, pool floats and souvenirs. About a 5-7 minute walk to the lovely Tignaki beach, which had lots of sunbeds that you could always get, costs €12 euros for 2 beds and an umbrella. Great water sports at the beach, including jet skiing. Lovely bars and restaurants along the street of our hotel. Great ice cream place also in walking distance. There are tourist offices where you can book excursions. Would recommend going to Zia for sunset dinner, really lovely trip. Also the water park is great fun and the bus stop for the free transfer is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Would definitely stay in this area again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

DO NOT book this hotel we were due to go this Saturday 29/7/23 we booked in January and today 2 days before we fly we were emailed to say they could no longer accommodate my family as another family were in our room and had booked longer therefore spent more money. We booked through Jet 2 holidays that are trying to offer alternatives. We are absolutely heartbroken and the way this hotel have treated us is a disgrace. Not so much as an apology!!! Do not book!!

Beautiful clean hotel and lovely staff nothing to much trouble and made to feel very welcome and everything right on your doorstep Back home now thoroughly relaxed thankyou will certainly recommend to anyone thinking of travelling to Kos

A modern centrally located hotel, only 13k from the airport and within a short walk past lots of modern and traditional restaurants and bars to a very long sandy beach, with sun beds and brollies. The resort overall is clean and looks very new. The rooms in the hotel are comfortable , modern and fairly standard with comfortable beds, a fridge and a safe ( no charge). The staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have a good holiday. The restaurant that is part of the the hotel is excellent ( Guests get 20% off the reasonably priced menu. The moussaka is well worth trying). We would recommend this hotel and if we return to Kos would definitely stay here.

What a fantastic place, staff were amazing, warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived late at night and was welcomed by a lovely spread of meats and breads, bar was closed but they opened and served us drinks, we were all inclusive for two weeks and the choices available for such a small hotel was amazing, would highly recommend.

I'm not sure where to start with this one. Firstly fantastic staff. Very friendly especially Thanassis behind the bar and Maria on reception. The rooms are lovely with great shower, plenty of storage and reasonably comfortable beds. No privacy on the balconies.. Pretty pool area but not enough beds for all guests and same as usual people getting up early to save them and not using them.. However the food choices are very very limited and always cold. We had frozen vegetables alwaysand the biggest insult most nights was powdered mashed potato that had been made into a slop. That is food on the cheap.Nothing is labelled so you have no idea what you are eating. Nor has it any warnings regarding allergies. Not one greek meal which we love. So little to pick from and as it is situated right beside a big open door with wind invariably blowing in and the plates are cold the food does not stand a chance. Food should be at least 60degrees or above and I doubt it was any more than 30degrees.The snacks put out in the afternoon on the bar are nice little rolls but when they are gone they do not put more out and there aren't many to start with. The breakfast is cold as well. Fried Eggs you could bounce and cold bacon and tinned mushrooms.there wasn't even a toaster!! The bar is not stocked very well with little to chose from and the spirits are cheap local brands. There is music that only the bar staff can hear and no atmosphere at all. If it rains I'm not sure what they do as that is the only bar and it has no cover for guests.The hotel is mainly German tourists. All the TV channels are in German except the news. The resort is small with a few shops and bars and restaurants leading down to the beach. Beautiful beach with sand and sunbeds but not a beach bar anywhere. I couldn't recommend this to anyone. This is never a 4* hotel and should be more a 2*. This is not a place for children. Apart from the kids pool there is nothing else for them to do. If you do go here don't go all inclusive just go room only It is a waste of money. We had to eat out and it cost us £700 in one week for decent food and drink. We had booked for 2 weeks but asked to come home after 1 week as we were not prepared to spend another £700 to get decent meals and drinks.

We weren't booked to stay at this hotel but we're glad we stayed here. After our original hotel was cancelled 48 hours before our holiday, we chose this hotel out of 2 offered by Thomas Cook. From our arrival until we left, we were treated so well and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel facilities are fab - we had a ground floor twin room overlooking the pool and the room was exceptional. A large mirrored wardrobe with a free of charge safe, hairdryer and a modern bathroom with an awesome shower. The room was cleaned daily and was modern, with comfortable beds. There was a kettle in the room, however we used to grab a coffee across from our room at the Taverna or the bar by the pool. The food we had each night was a la carte as we were one of the first few guests to stay and each meal was freshly cooked and so flavoursome. The waiting staff were polite, friendly and couldn't do enough for us . All the staff made us feel so welcome and the food was divine. The beach was 200 metres away and en route to the beach were tavernas, shops, ATM machines and bars which were lively and served great cocktails ....Memories was a good bar with the best Mars Bar shot with 80s music playing in the background We stayed all inclusive for 4 nights and didn't want to leave! This really is a fantastic hotel
