Got to the hotel quite late, but there was staff waiting to welcome us and had wraps and salads for us. Our room was spotless and the air conditioning worked well, which was really required as the temperature was in the mid to high 20's. The shower was quite small but worked well and the room was cleaned daily. My only complaint of the room was that the scenery was blocked almost completely by trees at the window and from the balcony. The hotel is very very nice and the staff are soooo friendly and very efficient. Buffet breakfast and dinner with good choice of food plus a café for snacks and drinks near to the pool which was open during the day. The pool area was excellent and it was only a few seconds away from the beach and there were no problems getting sunbeds even at busier times. There could've been entertainment in the evenings but it was okay. Best to go half board if you intend staying in the hotel or B&B if you want to go out after breakfast. The town of Tigaki is a 20-30 minute walk or you can hang around for the bus, which more often than not is late. There is a reasonable selection of restaurants in the town but not much as far as entertainment is concerned. The bus can take you to Kos which is great if you fancy a ferry across to Bodrum. Bicycles, buggies, scooters and cars are all available for hire. We went to relax and Kos Palace was the perfect place to do this. Would we go back? Without a doubt we would and hope to return there some day. Thank you Kos Palace and your wonderful staff

No one said it was mostly Germans staying here We are out numbered Hotel clean But glasses in rooms not changed at all we had to ask for clean glasses No evening entertainment but as only Britain's don't care As Germans have no manners Budge u out of way Walk Into village 20 minutes not much there but found lovely Greek taverna Beach ok. Not golden sands Sea lovely to swim in Would we return possibly No Not one of our favourites German lady on reception did not make us feel wanted when we arrived. Think jet2 need to say hotel popular with germans

Stayed at the Kos Palace for 2 weeks. Nice hotel with great views across the sea to Turkey. The beach is just across from the hotel so very accessible and it is a lovely beach although the sea can get quite rough at times. The hotel room was very basic with no tea or coffee facilities. The room was cleaned everyday although this didn't include sweeping the balcony or washing up glasses. Breakfast and dinner were both buffet style and with a reasonable choice. Although a nice hotel, we wouldn't stay here again as there was absolutely no entertainment at the hotel or in the whole of Tigaki. No live music, no Greek nights. Absolutely dead. Also, it was a very long walk into town. It was at least 1.8 km to the centre which is a good 30 minutes at a reasonable pace. Not many footpaths either so quite dangerous. Tigaki isn't a great resort, not much there to be honest. Kardemena is more lively and probably a better choice if you want some entertainment. Zia was very nice to visit. Overall a relaxing break but having little to do in the evenings let the holiday down a bit.

On arrival we received a warm welcome and this continued with every member of staff during our stay. A very warm and friendly hotel. Rooms and the hotel were as per the Jet2 website so no surprises. Throughout the hotel it was clean and our rooms were cleaned daily. One of the nicest beaches we have been to, right on the doorstep literally! We stayed by the pool and walked to the beach and back in less than 5 minutes. The views were stunning. We had a sea view and watching the sunset from that view was spectacular. Food was great. Lots of choice, extremely enthusiastic staff who wanted you to enjoy it. We never ate out, and we usually do. We had read the reviews so we knew about the walk to Tigaki and 25 minutes is fair at a good pace. We hired a moped to help with the journey for a few nights. The ***** is lovely with plenty of bars and restaurants. We did visit the beach down there but preferred our own quiet spot near the hotel. The only thing lacking was a bit of entertainment at night at the hotel. Perhaps a singer or guitarist for a couple of nights, although music was played at the bar but drinks were hotel prices so it was much cheaper to walk to Tigaki. We slept well and there was never any noise. The air conditioning worked, thank goodness as this was needed with the heat of the day. We would definitely return to Kos Palace and had a wonderful holiday.

We’ve stayed at quite a few hotels, but I can honestly say we have never stayed in such a friendly well run hotel. Everyone was so friendly, the food was wonderful and it was spotlessly clean. We would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday

The hotel is nice and clean and the pool is lovely and was never a problem getting a sunbed. The beach is just across the road you do have to pay 3 euros for a sunbed there but the ones around the pool are free. The food at the hotel is lovely I really enjoyed the cakes 😋. Your about a 25 minute walk away from Tigaki town which is lovely lots of nice bars and restaurants and shops it is a bit of a ruf road to walk through so take walking shoes or get a taxi not sure what happened with the busers they were meant to be every half hour but never turned up but not a problem if you like a nice walk like we do. The cocktails at the hotel are nice they are €7.50 and you get a little pot of nuts when you buy a drink which was nice. If we went back to kos we would stay here again.

Great location right on beach, very good food selection at buffet, pleasant, helpful staff. Good sized rooms with top class facilities. Good size pool. Only drawback is walk into town, not too far but little shelter from sun during day and dark with no pavement at night.
